I was sent an email stating check in from 2pm and arrived a little after that time as i needed to do some admin work. My room was not ready and had not actually been cleaned. There used to be chocolates on the table upon arrival, this has sadly gone. Room is starting to look a little tired, lots of scuff marks, dirty iron, dirty shower. Please improve on these things as I like staying here.

Great location, good stay
We had a good stay. Hotel is super well located, very close to the large park, restaurants and shops. It’s clean and has most everything needed. Our only suggestions for improvement are: the bathroom needs storage space for toiletries, the door doesn’t fit the doorframe fully so light comes in from the hallway, also when you open the door it hits the night table so a properly sized table would work better.

I arrived on a 30 degrees Celsius day only to find the air-conditioning would not switch on, this should have been tested by housekeeping before my arrival. Fortunately they fixed it the next day

Noisy bedroom
I’ve stayed at the parque about 4 times before and it has always been a good stay however this time I was upstairs towards the back of the hotel and it was so noisy from the neighbours in the next door property that I was woken up several times during the night. If I was to stay again I would request a different room.

Terrible
Terrible. The check-in/check-out process was terrible. I was emailed my room code 2 hours after I was meant to check-in (without an apology). I was charged again once I checked-in (however received a same day refund once I called them about this). The same thing was going to happen when checking out. However, again, I had to call to make sure this didn’t happen. The bathroom was terrible, open shower with only a curtain which made the floor wet. I was on the ground floor right at the front door, so was not pleasant hearing people come in and out all the time. The street parking is extremely limited and is timed at 120mins. So really not helpful at all. I wouldn’t call this a hotel as they do. Overall, the experience was not pleasant at all and I would not recommend staying here at all. Find an actual hotel in the city would be better. I’m glad I was only staying for one night.

This room had high ceilings with modern convenience and styling. It did exactly what I needed it to. Street parking on a weekend was fine but not sure how busy it’d get on a weekday. Easy and comfortable.

조그마한 호텔이 처음이라 걱정했지만 이메일로 문번호를 받고 들어가보니 따뜻한 분위기에 방은 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다 주방기구도 있어 편리하답니다 다만 짐이 10kg이상인 손님은 1층을 배정해줬으면 들고 오르고 내리는것이 버겁습니다

Good but would look elsewhere to stay next time
The room was clean and all amenities were modern and well selected. The property was in a very good location but the only window in the room looked onto the neighboring building. The lighting in the room could’ve done with dimmers to give more options of brightness. It took two phone calls to the property to obtain the check in information and access code for our room. Parking was very tight. Overall it was an ok experience.

it is not a single storey property!!!
The hotel description did not reflect properly of what it is. For example: single storey no lift access.. confusing statement. It should be the property with units in level 1 and 2 and no lift access to level 2. There will be 2 flight of staircase. It is not a single storey building and there is rooms at both level. If you are assigned room to level 2, be prepared to lug your luggage up of at least 2 and half flight of steps.
