To whom it may concern.
Ice machines dont work on second floor, vending machines dont work on first floor,mold all over walls, stains on bed sheets covers, indoor swimming pool is advertised as heated and it was ice cold the time i stayed here which was 2 weeks than an additional day. Breakfast was the worst breakfast i ever had it was like plastic and felt like out dated products. Will not stay at compfort inn in the future this is not the way to operate any business.

Skip this one
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floor was not cleaned before we arrived. There were nail clippings and hair in the bathroom, and I could feel particles of dirt on the carpet. I asked housekeeping to vacuum and they did. When I looked afterwards, they had not touched the dirt in the bathroom and the nail clippings and hair were still there. The workout room was completely dysfunctional. On the first morning,I asked if there was a fuse blown as none of the equipment was working. The desk person I spoke with about both the lack of vacuuming and dysfunctional equipment never apologized and did not seem to care. On the second day I asked again about the workout equipment and no one had done anything about it or told the next shift. Do not stay at this property.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room & we’re glad to find a Mexican restaurant next door. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was extensive. There could have been more light in the room and the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as we’d have liked, though the water in the sink got plenty hot. The location was convenient, so we’d consider staying there again.

The location is great, not too far from Downtown Cleveland. Nice Mexican restaurant next right outside. 3 Things I don’t like about it. There’s blood stain on our sheet as soon as we walk in. We only get 3 towels for 4 people. Our room didn’t get fresh towels on the second day for our 2night stay.

My first room had a cockroach. When i walked into the second room there was a washcloth on the floor with a suspicious yellow stain. I didnt inspect further. My third room was fine, but after the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking weed I decided that im probably not going to stay there ever again. That's a shame, I've been staying there every year when i come to Richfield for work. It's definitely not the Hampton anymore and it shows.

Horrible hotel. They never cleaned our rooms even though we stayed for 3 nights. Asked for extra toilet paper and they gave us one roll even though we had 4 people in a room. Bed was broken and slanted - asked them to fix and they didn't. Drain in tub was clogged and wouldn't drain the water. Walls are so thin and can hear everything in the halls. Breakfast was horrible - scrambled eggs tasted like whip cream from a can. NEVER staying there or at any comfort Inn again.

Front desk was not friendly nor personable. She checked us in but that was all. No mention as to location as to the lift. Breakfast was needing caution as to old items & sour milk. When menu about sour milk we got an argument. Another person said it was sour yesterday
