I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. There was a mix-up with my reservation, and instead of trying to assist, the front desk agent, Logan, was completely unhelpful. He showed no interest in resolving the issue, refused to put in any effort, and quite frankly, seemed high and totally disengaged from his job. It was beyond frustrating.
Thankfully, the Hotels.com representative who eventually helped me was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and incredibly helpful in figuring out what went wrong. Without their assistance, I’m not sure I would have gotten the issue resolved.
As for the hotel itself, the room was good—nothing special, but clean and safe. The location was fine no highway noise. However, the poor customer service at check-in left a really bad impression.
