The room on the first floor was very humid, the smell of the room was stinky, the sheets were not dried, it was very wet! Breakfast is good, but the quality of the room does not match the price！

Friendly staff. Did not try the breakfast. I was delighted to find the bed wasn't hard as a brick. We were comfortable. The hotel is a little old and could use some updating. No complaints.

This hotel is a little dated but that's what you get in the area. Location was right off the Highway which was great. It was very very clean which was great. I would stay here again for sure.

Do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was not a good experience. Our room was not clean, there was still garbage in there from the last person, it had not been dusted, there was hair (not from any of us) stuck in one of the beds and all over the floor, as well as hair ties. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were burn holes in one of the bedding sets. There were only two towels for 3 adults. We also had to ask for towels to even use the pool. We then asked for extra towels for our room, three times and we were told they would bring them up to us and we never received them. While trying to ask for the towels the first time, we were ignored at the front desk by a person who had their earbuds in. While that employee ignored us, another was just sitting in a chair listening to everything and did not offer to help. Unprofessionalism, and lacking in cleanliness. Very disappointed seeing as though we generally only stay in Best Westerns and never have any problems.

Not the best!

Where do I begin…..check in was smooth, room was clean but thats all that was good. Shower wasn’t hot, pool had no towels even after one of us went to the desk and asked for towels they still didn’t bring any. Breakfast on Saturday morning was great, clean and stocked. Sunday there was nothing, many people left because there was nothing but waffle batter, and the young girl finally got there 15, 20 min later after about 10 plus people left. The walls and doors are thin, could hear people talking loudly in the hallway or their room until midnight. It’s in a great location, close to everything but I’ll never stay there again and don’t recommend this hotel!

Won’t be back

We stayed here last year and had a really good experience so I decided to book it again. Needless to say but it will be my last visit. Started off when I waited in the lobby for 12 minutes before anyone came to the desk, and when the female with red hair came to assist she completely stunk like marijuana, and you could tell she just got done getting high. She had zero desire to help me and basically told me to come back at 4 when it was check in. The room is enjoyable enough, however the king size bed that they provide is like sleeping on a concrete floor. It was the same last year, but I figured I could fight through it. It didn’t happen. You got quality of breakfast in the morning was not as good as it has been in the past. And finally, the pool area, which is nice for indoors was pretty rundown and gross. When I sat in the hot tub, you could see particles of objects floating in the water due to the filter either not working or them not cleaning it. It was quite the turn off. Lesson learned, won’t be back.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room. Small refrigerator. Coffee maker. Flat screen TV. Not Toiletries. We stayed during the winter carnival time. I think that they could try to plow and handle the snow on the sidewalks and parking lot and the exit to the main road a little better. Very good breakfast choices. Good heating in the rooms. Small inside pool open until 10PM. Minutes away from a lot of good restaurants, stores and Shepard Park, outlets and Six Flags. Would stay here again.

Our room was not even ready yet it was finally done after 430pm and when we were in the room the heater was making a loud noise , so i reported to the front desk , they said that there no engineer on premises that they nothing they can do. I was hoping to get a different room but nothing at all to assist me , so much for customer service!

Was good for price, but may find similar properties closer/walkable to lake. Some breakfast items were gone (not replaced) by 830. Ac was very noisy, it is used for heating as well. I d rate this as an average hotel compared to whats available in the area

For the price, it's a fine hotel and has lots of dining options nearby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic and outdated but clean and shower water was hot. Continental breakfast was standard. The pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of skiing. The smell of chlorine percolates throughout the hotel.
