A good older hotel, nothing to complain about except a noisy fan in the heating unit, we had to unplug it. Very good, rich breakfast, very good service. This stay was worth every cent we paid.

food good service average but oh my it was so loud at 7-9 wow so loud no one can control there’s kids there’s days oh my goodness what loud and rude kids/people this is unacceptable this people need to learn Respect 😡😡😡😡😡 And this is unacceptable the parking situation is unbearable we live in Alberta we drive big Trucks not some tiny little baby toy cars. No space for big super cool trucks like mine so this problem needs to be fixed. Back in my Day we had so much more space to park. You should be ashamed of the parking lot

Wonderful stay for New Year's Eve
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about guests. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious, clean and nice amenities. Very comfy. Breakfast was superb. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee. Fresh fruit too. Lots available. The area it's served in is big yet cozy. The pool and hot tub are small but nice. Hot tub could have been hotter. The hotel has underground secure parking which is a total bonus. Convenient location. Right across the street from McMahon stadium.

Good as I remember
Having stayed at this hotel years ago, I decided to give it a try again since the location was perfect for my needs. Overall it was as good as I remember. First of all on the positive side, the hotel was well taken care of and quite clean inside and out, staff was friendly and helpful, very nicely decorated for Christmas too, and the free breakfast was excellent with lots of options, also underground parking is available which is excellent. My room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately after my first night, I requested housekeeping to come in and freshen up my room and leave a few more towels, but after being away all day (left around 1015, returning around 1800) and expecting to come back to a refreshed room, housekeeping did not do anything, they just left me 2 water bottles hanging from a bag on my door. I made sure not to leave the DND sign up so I found this odd .. I also had a small issue when I discovered the shower drain was clogged up, which maintainence thankfully dealt with in a timely manor. Overall a good stay, but let down slightly by either poor communication with housekeeping, or just someone forgetting to fulfill a request.

Older hotel but the inside is updated and clean
We booked multiple nights to cover various appointments in the city. The proximity to main roads makes it easy to get where you need in the city. During check-in the staff are friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our dog, and everyone seems to be dog people. There is a pad in the back of the hotel for your pet that is kept clean. We asked for a room away from the elevators and pool to help keep the dog quiet and found our room and the hotel nice and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was fresh, and some of the options rotated over the week, so if you're in for more than a night you have options. My only issue with this hotel, is that the street leading in was an afterthought by the city and has an odd 3 way stop that made it hard to turn onto crowchild. Beyond that, this is a great place to stay.
