We stayed at this hotel recently with our 16-year-old son, who has a medical condition that causes nighttime bedwetting. We made sure to bring his DryNites and took every step to be discreet and responsible. Unfortunately, the hotel staff showed no compassion or understanding.
Despite informing them ahead of time about our situation, they made no effort to offer support—no waterproof mattress protectors, no extra linens, nothing. When we politely asked for a few extra sheets and towels, we were met with rude behavior and told we’d be charged extra fees. It felt like they were more focused on making money than actually helping their guests.
What’s worse, they made us feel embarrassed, as if our son’s condition was an inconvenience to them. This experience was not only disappointing but also deeply upsetting for our family.
If you or your child have any sort of medical needs or require kindness and understanding from hotel staff—this is NOT the place to stay.
