Easy access but the room is small and dirty
Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

Construction noise started early in the morning
Construction noise in the morning, dated interior and you may not want to stay in the room during daytime. Good location to the underground and train. Yet I will try other hotels when I visit the city again.

Not suitable for traveller bringing large luggages
The room is on the basement floor and it’s too small. It’s difficult to push my large luggages through the narrow aisles. The only merit is the good location.

A little disappointed in the end but ok
I wasn’t expecting much but there was enough to notice to be a little bit disappointed. The room was ok a bit cramped but as a solo not so bad, the room had visible wear and tear. Tv bracket was broken so the tv didn’t sit straight, door handle was loose & one of the lightbulbs had gone. Unfortunately for a bigger chap like myself the bathroom was a tight fit. The complimentary breakfast is small I ended up having a couple plates. Staff were friendly but didn’t have to much interaction with them but over all it was an ok stay

Hotel was exactly what we needed. Just a place to lay your head. Coffee and breakfast in the AM. Easy walking distance to paddington station. Felt very safe in the area.

Hyvä sijainti. Ystävällinen palvelu. Huone oli alkuun katutason alapuolella ilman näkymää ikkunasta, ja vaihdoimme 5. kerrokseen, joka paransi kokemustamme. Hotelli oli puhdas ja siisti, siivoja kävi päivittäin. Hyvää vastinetta rahalle. Voisin majoittua uudelleen.

Great location, for a London visit
Our stay was good. Very conveniently located close to Paddington station which is the main stop from Heathrow airport. Also very close to Hyde park which was lovely for running to first thing in the morning. There were two false fire alarms during our stay which was annoying but not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not our favorite, but Sheila’s cafe and a small French cafe also walking distance that were both great.

L’hôtel en lui même est bien, propre, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, un chouette petit déjeuné y est proposé et il est bien placé. Le service sur place est bien en règle général. Cependant, 1 semaine avant de partir j’ai été prélevée de la première nuit d’hôtel alors que j’avais sélectionné un paiement sur place. J’ai envoyé un message à l’hôtel, qui m’a rassuré en me disant que c’était une « caution » au cas où on ne se présentait pas et que du coup, quand nous arriverions sur place je n’aurais pas à payer la 1ère nuit d’hôtel. Il était pourtant spécifié quand nous avons réservé, que l’annulation de la réservation était gratuite jusqu’à la veille du départ mais soit. Arrivée sur place, on me redemande de payer la 1ère nuit. J’explique la situation. On me rassure une nouvelle fois en me disant que je serais remboursée, juste le temps que ma banque fasse le nécessaire. Nous sommes aujourd’hui le 26 mars et 3 semaines après notre voyage, toujours aucun remboursement à l’horizon. J’ai recontacté l’hôtel, qui me demande une preuve de ce prélèvement. J’ai contacté ma banque, qui ne trouve plus aucunes traces. Et à partir du moment où j’ai tapé le mot remboursement dans le chat d’aide de l’application Hotel.com impossible de réécrire un message après ça. Un conseil, si vous réservez, payé directement au moment de la réservation en ligne pour éviter tout problème. Merci pour votre aide Hotel.com.

A nice night's stay
Staff were amazing with my son, made him feel very welcome. Our room was a split level affair meaning we both had privacy. Breakfast had enough variety to keep us both happy. Nice hotel with nice staff
