Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

Construction noise in the morning, dated interior and you may not want to stay in the room during daytime. Good location to the underground and train. Yet I will try other hotels when I visit the city again.

The rooms are quite small so no one has their own space, but it definitely does the job if you plan on sightseeing and going out for most of the day. The beds are very comfortable but be aware that there is no AC, only a fan. Besides that, it's perfectly fine if this is your only option. The location is so good it makes up for any problems you have with the room

The staff was kind and trying to be helpfull. The first room was in a really bad shape but they were able to find another one for us. Rooms on ground floor you can hear the tube under you. Rooms on 3rd floor the floors was really uneven. Terrible air in the rooms, no proper ventilation in any of the bathrooms, no cooling system, and if you are taller than 170 cm the bed is too short. And a doublebed their standard is what we would compare as 3/4 size

Accueil très moyen et surtout une chambre pour trois personnes très différentes de la photo. 3 lits entassés dans une petite chambre ne correspondant pas à la surface réservée par ailleurs (plus petite même) au RDC sur la rue, devant des feux de circulation et des bars… très bruyants. Erreurs sur erreurs lors (demande de repayer les petits-déjeuners déjà payés, facturation des bagages…)… Salle de bain mal entretenue et à la limite de ce type d’hôtel ! Difficile de se doucher et de se laver les dents… vieillotte et non rénovée. Très déçu. En dehors de ça l’hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier agréable et central. Petit-déjeuner très bien.

Typical London hotel for the area. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Short walk from Paddington station with many shops and restaurants near by.
