The good, bad and ugly
Good: service. I had a problem with my tv and they fixed it by finding the proper remote to change the settings. Room was clean
Bad: my door had been damaged prior to me checking in and had not been fully restored which made me feel uneasy. The phone did not work either
Ugly: My floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. Had to put a towel under the door.

I was woke up at 1 am after going to sleep at 11 pm., The woman in the room next to me was yelling and arguing with someone all night after that. I called the front desk 8 times with no answer. I had to call from my cell phone because I didn’t even have a phone provided in the room. I didn’t want to leave my room to go to the desk as I was alone. This is unacceptable. I called the 800 number and they gave me a late check out but by that time I couldn’t fall asleep. I had to drive an additional 5 hours to reach my destination on only 2 hours of sleep. When I questioned the front desk I was told.” Well we’ve had problems with the phone since yesterday. I literally told him, so you knew the phone was having issues and you could have replaced the set. This is downright negligent. I should be compensated for not being able to sleep but 2 hours. I booked the hotel to sleep during travel. Very very disappointed with the response from this hotel

Under New Managment-not a good thing
I have stayed here several times but it is under new management and it has changed. First of all, there is a $100 incidental fee I did not know about until I walked into the lobby! I had not booked with another hotel because they had a similar charge but that one was advertised. I was told I would get a refund on my card immediately after checkout. It has still not posted! I am very unhappy about that! The hallways and elevator had an odor. The phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk. I used my cell phone to call and no one answered. The toilet paper holder was broke. The hair dryer didn’t work and it looked like someone had tried to tape the wiring together. The outside door at the back didn’t unlock with a guest key. It has always worked in the past. I will not be staying here again.
