We arrived to check in at 8pm, well within the check in window, and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found. For about 30 minutes, we called their phone multiple times, walked around the building looking for someone and sent a message, and never received a response. Eventually, we gave up and stayed at the other Motel 6 across the street. Apparently this is a common issue at this property. Stay away!!

Disgusting. Gross. Dilapidated.

This hotel is in horrific condition, as were the two rooms we rented. The floors were in extreme need of replacement. The bathrooms were in poor condition. There were fixtures hanging off the walls. Outlets hanging by their cords. There were nails sticking out of the nightstands. The walls were gross. The sheets were soiled. The internet did not work. A message kept coming up saying it had been disabled. No trash can in the room. Empty beverage bottles and cans were under the beds. The ONLY redeeming thing about this hotel was that they do not charge extra for dogs.

Good value for the money

For what we paid, like sixty bucks it wasn't bad! Cost was not much more than a campground, for a bed, running water, shower etc. They didn't even charge me an extra $30 pet fee like Extended Stay or Super 8 always does! Cleaner than our apartment can be. No frills: one towel, half a roll of toilet paper and a used bar of soap. Don't need to pay extra if you have that stuff with you. Friendly desk clerk, vending machines, free ice; building was a little run down: wife complained about it but I felt pretty safe there. If on a budget, Motel 6 is most bang for your buck.

Bad

Room was terrible! No chair to sit in, bed spread had a big stain on it, the bath tub was so filthy I didn't dare use it. No microwave, no refrigerator. Swimming pool was closed. One pillow per. Bed. Asked for a couple more but never got any. Not staying there again!! 😔😔

Not Worth the Cheaper Price

The room was filthy! We had never seen so much poop outside of a toilet It was on floor, walls, door facings, baseboards, toilet, and tub. Aside from poop, floor was dirty, bedspreads had holes in them, tub had some sort of blue chemical all over it. There was one dirty towel and one partial roll of toilet paper. We paid for one king bed, but got two doubles beds. The hallways were filthy as well. The halls and room reeked of tobacco. Outside planters were filled with weeds. Pool was empty in August! The lock was ripped out of our bathroom door. The outer safety doors had the card lock mechanism ripped out, leaving the entire motel at risk. We will never go to this motel again. It is not worth the cheaper price.

Works

Internet glitchy. Only coffee sometimes. Pool is closed. Kind of loud sometimes. Beds are okay. Staff pretty friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Right off the interstate. Pretty clean, just don't move any furniture. Might find a sticky cereal surprise. All in all it works in a bind.

Avoid Motel 6 in Billings

I could have slept in the parking lot and had a cleaner place to rest. Staff was nice, but the building is dirty and in need of many repairs and deep cleaning. I couldn't sleep there, had to go to another place.

Horrible place

We asked for a non-smoking and the room had a sign and all that but the smell was disgusting, actually the cigarette smell was probably the least disgusting smell. We stood there the time it took us to find another place (10 minutes). We checked out and informed our disappointment given that was clearly a smokers room but they just referred us to an email address in case we wanted to communicate with them for a refund. Hotels.com was unable to get a refund for us. The place and its surroundings were dirty, horrible looking, and simply felt unsafe.

Just say NO!!

Holes in mattress with spring poking through. Curtains full of holes. No towels, then given icky looking ones. Tub falling apart literally the faucet was only attached by the hoses. TV didn't work. I didn't want to stay but we were on a tight budget. Thiscwas the 2nd room they put us in. The 1st ine smelled so bad I am sure someone died in it. Not joking. Fights in parking lot and multiple rooms over our 2 day stay.

It was terrible. Looked like a horror movie. The towels were dirt colored and the bathroom had mold growing in it. Also we went to check in and 2 people were checking out and getting a refund because their rooms and a poop stain on the sheets. The doors wouldn’t lock and windows were broken

DO NOT STAY HERE. DON'T VE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS.

This hotel is by far the dirtiest and most horrid hotel. When we arrived the area felt a little sketchy, but we figured, it's just one night, we are driving through. We are tired, so whatever. But when we walked inside, inside was equally sketchy. We ended up not even staying the night because we simply cannot stomach it. The original room they checked is into had stains on the bed. We asked for another room, in which we were given. It was worse. When we told the hotel staff, they just offered new sheets for us to change the beds ourselves? Really?? We didn't stay the night and left, hoping to find another hotel with available rooms. This website (they won't allow me to name them) said they tried to help us get a refund. Not sure how hard they tried because we didn't get any after waiting for three days. The pictures posted of this hotel on this website is also misleading. When we checked into another hotel that night, we met another guest who had the same experience - the hotel was too gross and didn't stay the night.
The staircase is ripped
Trash was everywhere.

Horrible stay

Had to get my room switched cuz the TV wasn't working... The new room was horrible the door looked like someone used a crowbar to break into it at one time. The sheets had urine stains on them. The bathroom was filthy like like it was not washed in months. Around midnight someone was having a fight the front desk never answered when called. They were yelling and banging for 2 hours and a dog was barking. The main doors weren't secure in anyway the card readers were destroyed. Windows on the first floor were broken and the place looks run down
