Worst Hotel Ever
The worst hotel experiences I have ever had. So-Called "hot" breakfast was stone cold. Coffee was disgusting. And those were the good points. When toilet backed up and I called to the front desk there was no answer, even after repeated calls. Went down to find the front desk clerk asleep at his computer. Woke him and explained the situation, to which he angrily replied, "that's not my problem." I explained that, in fact, it is his problem so he stormed off and came back several minutes later with a plunger that he handed to me. I asked how I was supposed to deal with the water on the floor and he responded, "I'm not leaning it up." I demanded he call his manager who was able to get another person who works there to help--and he was very helpful. But this was a truly horrid experience and I cannot believe anyone would put this person as their front desk clerk.
