Pros- beach is beautiful, water very nice. Plenty of chairs on the beach and around the pools. Staff at restaurants and beach/pools were amazing.
The entertainment guys the best. Shout out to David, Diego, Diego, Angel and Rio.
Buffets were decent most of the time. Not the best all-inclusive food, but not the best.
Rooms were neat and clean. Hammocks for all rooms.
Cons- snorkling in front of the hotel was not good. No fish to be seen.
Check in process took forever and every time we had to visit the front desk it was slow. Dinner reservations are a pain. One reservation per 3 day stay, i think. But they open the books on Sundays. There are only 3 restaurants to choose from. Hibachi was great, small portions. Italian was terrible. We had a late reservation and they ran out of 3 of the things we ordered. The potato gnocchi tasted like it was made from instant potato flakes, The pasta on the buffet was much better than the food at the Italian place. We didn’t get reservations for the Mexican places but heard it was good. The alcohol options were very limited.
Over all, it wasn’t bad at all, but I don’t know if we will return to this resort,
