飯店雖然整體的設備比較老舊，但是服務跟便利性很方便！ 飯店前面就是小型的超市及Outlet， 地鐵站步行距離約10分鐘， 早餐很豐盛， 有現做的鬆餅及蒸蛋及豬肉腸， 還有其他的燕麥、果汁、土司、水果等，可以吃得很飽！ 讚，下次再來.....

Average room, the whole hotel was in need of renovations. 1 working elevator. The free breakfast offered 3 types of cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeal. Orange juice and apple juice. They charge $10 a night for parking. Definitely won't stay here again. The gentleman who checked us in was great and friendly.

Not worth the $$$

First, I want to acknowledge that the staff and service were excellent — every employee we interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of updates, and it shows. We were only able to get the TV to work once, for about 30 minutes. After that, it wouldn’t turn on, even though the remote lit up and the TV power light was on. The internet was only available for a brief moment before cutting out. With only one elevator in service, the wait to get on was often long and frustrating, especially during busy times. The chair in our room was broken — the back would collapse onto you the moment you sat down. The condition of the room was disappointing. There were water spots on the ceiling, trash left on the box holding the curtains, and more trash behind the dresser. The phone didn’t work at all, meaning we couldn’t call the front desk. Using our cell phones wasn’t an option either — there was no Wi-Fi and barely any cell service to make a call. The location is a mixed bag. The hotel sits in a run-down, dirty, and somewhat sketchy area. While a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood with great restaurants, some shopping, and a lively atmosphere is only about a quarter of a mile away, the walk there felt sketchy enough that we chose to drive instead. Once you reach that area, it feels like you’re in a completely different world.

Horrible birthday week

The hotel room was not clean. The hotel needs renovation in the room. Old furniture mattress is out if shape and the phone doesn’t work television was fading in and out and was told their is a problem with the system and the breakfast a disgrace only served the same thing everyday for three days straight. I have stayed in your hotels in other states this one is one that should close down. I booked three rooms all rooms were tetrible

Staying somewhere else next time

Not the best. Room itself was fine, but everything else was not. Breakfast was advertised to go until 10am but they stopped restocking by 9:15am; barely any cereal, and no hot foods left and they refused to add more because they would be “closing soon.” Also the location was not as good as I expected - it was near Assembly Row and the T station. but not walkable at night because of one very dark, industrial block between shopping and the hotel. When I asked front desk staff if we could walk back from the T after a concert, she strongly advised an Uber. $9 for a half mile trip due to the sketchy location. Finally, staff seemed aggravated and like customers were irritating them; one worker literally rolled her eyes when we got in an elevator she was in (and, oddly, changed the floor she was going to after we entered…) We were planning to stay here in a few weeks for another concert but I have now cancelled based on this negative visit.

Marquei um quarto para 2 adultos e 3 crianças (15, 13 e 12 anos), mas só havia duas camas onde claramente não podiam dormir 5 pessoas. Não devíam anunciar e vender este hotel para 5 pessoal quando as condições físicas (foi me explicado que não há sofá cama no hotel) não o permitem. Obrigado
