Not a good start but they fixed it.
The front desk lady double-charged me for my room because I believe she didn’t know what she was doing. She kept telling me her computer froze so I had to swipe my card 4 times to cover “accidentals” but really charged me for a whole room, when I had an already paid online reservation. It took me 20 minutes to check in when it should have only been 5. She didn’t even have me sign anything, I’ve always signed when checking into a hotel. However the next morning as I getting ready to check out, I went to talk to the front desk after noticed being double-charged. The gentleman was very very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me I’d be refunded from the transaction during check-in and he’d take care of the rest.
