Beyond expectation!!!!
Before we check-in, we worried about the bad comments of this hotel; however, it's beyond expectation. The room is clean, comfortable, convenient with necessities, also the front desk is hospitable. We are all satisfied with this stay and willing to stay again if we visit Zion next time.

Family spring break
First impression was the room needed a deep clean and refresh. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh. Although the hotel is next to busier streets, our room was quiet. Breakfast was just ok—lots of carbs, little protein and fruit, no reusable dishes.

The managers/owners were very rude and made us leave because we had 2 service animals which they said we never mentioned to them but we did. So when we tried to extend pur dtay for pne more night they wouldnt do it and made us leave instantly and gave us 15 mins to get off thr property and it was rainy and very cold amd we had no vehicl3 because put car had just been stolen. Very u compassionate.

Friendly and thoughtful
The manager was able to check me in for the night and leave a key for me in a location I could find while being delayed time and travel wise due to a severe winter storm and allowed me to pay the next day for my booking. This accommodation is above and beyond and i highly recommend staying.

Made a reservation for a friend and paid on Expedia for Dec 9 -26 2024. Went to check in and was told by staff that we cannot stay longer then 7 days and that they lose money by me making a reservation through Expedia. So I cancelled my trip. Talked to Expedia and they did give money back for trip but was charged a cancellation fee of $378.95 even though it wasn't my fault and she didn't even stay one night there. Not only that they(Econo Lodge) do not know how to add local tax to the amount. Kept trying to overcharge tax for each day for a pet fee. Was in there for over 45 min disputing tax. Then they proceed to tell me I couldn't stay for the amount of time I booked on Expedia! I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone I know!!! P.S. The Ramada INN down the road was excellent to work with.

Never again!
The check-in person didn't know how to operate the computer to add in our 2 dogs. It took about 1.5 hours to check in. They also over charged us. Went with their rate, not Hotels.com. Oh well. We were just so tired of driving we just put up with it.

Great staff who even tracked us down to helped us get back a Kindle we left there after we checked out. No hot tub as advertised, but clean and comfortable beds, hot showers with good pressure, and typical continental breakfast with waffles, yogurt, cereal etc. Perfect budget place to lay our heads after hiking all day.
