Room was in terrible condition with cockroaches.
Even though we had a non-smoking room, it smelled. Warm water for shower and cockroaches on floor. We cut our stay short and left a day early.

Comfortable enough refuge
We fled the LA fires to stay here. The front desk people were wonderful. There were high winds and dirt blew into the room under the door. I wanted to get more towels, I traded in my wet ones and maid never brought any more. I ended up going to nearby store and buying some. The pool was closed abd Motel literally sits underneath a freeway interchange. However, it is well insulated and you don’t hear much noise from the freeway. Beds are comfortable, room rather large and they allow my dog. I would definitely return.

Crack Hotel
Room was dirty. The bed sheet was stained or not clean. The bed comforter had burn holes all in it. The pool was unusable so dirty. I had to sleep in my clothes because it was so dirty. Had to leave and go home and shower and wash everything that touched that room. Go out of the room in the morning and on the other side of the pool. Homeless people smoking crack on bikes made me feel very uncomfortable. Totally overpriced for a crack hotel. I will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!! Wish I would have taken pictures ugh!!!

Solo 1 night stay
The room was fine. Bed was a little hard but comfortable enough. Bathroom tub faucet was leaking significantly. The motel sits under a freeway pass so it was a little noisey but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was courteous.

There was cockroaches just crawling like we were visiting them the toilet seat was nasty like it was older than old with cracks in it the tub was dirty the floor was dirty the remote was all taped up and dirty looking just completely and utterly disgusting not sure how they’re still open to rent rooms to people

It was beyond disappointing. I stayed at the Motel 6 in Redlands due to a chemical issue in my apartment that prevented me from sleeping there. Unfortunately, my experience was full of letdowns. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a bad odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition—the tub was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a pillow and air freshener. While the air freshener helped a little, the room still had an unpleasant smell. The motel’s pillow was very flat, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, so I was grateful to have the extra support from the Walmart pillow. Additionally, I had planned to do some work in the morning, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had even asked the front desk lady if there was Wi-Fi just to be sure, as it was important to me, and she assured us there was. When I tried to call the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi, I discovered the phone was disconnected—it even had a cut cord. It almost cost me $100, which feels highly overpriced considering I couldn’t take a shower, couldn’t use the Wi-Fi, couldn’t sleep well on the bed, and couldn’t reach the front office by phone when it was needed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff; the lady there was very kind and respectful.
