hotel very disgusting

was totally disgusting had pubic hairs in the sheets like they were never changed nor washed rooms and hotel itself was a disgrace should be shut down it is so ran down I was embarassed I even rented a room there I would like a total refund even used my reward points I would not recommened anyone to stay there or be staying there ever again

Never again

This place is terrible. The walls are paper thin. I got to listen to the guy in the next room snore like a freight train all night. The gaps around the door let tons of light and noise in from the hall. The decor looks like something from the 70’s. The floors were sticky…no carpet.

Dirty ashtray smelling rooms

We were told at the front desk about no smoking and how a fine would be added to my card. When I entered my room it was overwhelming with smoke smell. I reported it to the front desk and they didnt offer in anyway to fix it.

Older room, very rusted towel shelving over toilet. Hair and eyelash found in tub. Pillow on one side of bed very wrinkled, questioning whether it was fresh. No tissues in room. Microwave not functioning properly..One small bar of soap for 2 persons.

I truly liked how they remodeled the place. I stayed for 2 days and didn't hear a lot of noise. Staff was amazing, they also Helped me with whatever I needed. I do feel like they need more towels and two towels for when you get out of the shower. The walls in the rooms need to cleaned or repainted. There were lots of spots that looked like someone spilled drinks.

Don’t settle!

Will not stay again! Rooms are outdated and smelt of mold. The walls are warping and it looks like a kindergartener painted the walls. Didn’t sleep at all between the pillows and bed being so bad and all the noise from rooms around us. The service was horrible. One front desk rep barely spoke English, the others the ladies were rude as hell! Terrible attitudes. 2 towels that’s it could we have gotten more!? Who knows never saw anyone “cleaning” (which makes sense) and lord forbid I asked the front desk another question. Check out.. you leave the key cards in a BUCKET at the EMPTY FRONT DESK and get a check out survey on your phone to tell them you left… spent $300 for 2 people for 2 nights for this.

Room looked like it had not been cleaned. We got cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves! The room was very musty smelling and damp. The bathroom ceiling was badly stained and the curtain rod and fixture over the toilet were rusty. TV remote was not working.
