The minute you walk in staff helps you out and greets you. So pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are comfy and beds, you just sink into them, slept like a baby. Second time here and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

The room was nice and clean but very small. They had a schedule for snacks but they came out late. Overall good

Great locations. Rooms are typical NYC room ... on the small size. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Terrific location between Times Square and Central Park, yet not too noisy. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The room temperature didn’t adjust well despite two independent thermostats - maybe the frigid weather outside made the heat overactive. We ended up using AC! Nice bar in the lobby with a fun bartender. Free coffee/tea in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. We got upgraded to a junior suite on checkin and enjoyed the spacious room.

Great location right next to times square and service from staff especially Jeff the luggage bell man.
