It is only a 3,5 Stars Hotel but not 4 Stars. The self check-in machines, which may take 5 to 8 minutes, that may take more time as at reception to check-in with the staffs.

After long time,bad experience in a premier hotel
On order to Digitalise..they have forgotten the human touch.
No one tells how to connect to their WiFi. The Wifi network is terrible in rooms and corridor ( atleast on 2nd Floor) and you get disconnected with the world if you cannot connect your mobile and computer with Wifi easily and then the service staff expects you to 'come to us downstairs ' if you want to solve your issue.
The Rooms are difficult to search .
It seems as if the staff and management never asked their own relatives or friends to stay in their own hotel and never were aware of basic requirements and amenities at time of CHECKING IN.
YES, BREAKFAST MENU WAS GOOD!

If it wasn't for those windows....
Overall the hotel was very nice. Didn't really like the fact that there was no traditional reception desk where you could check in, but rather one needed to self check-in on tablets. However there were a couple of employees nearby to assist if necessary. The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is because the windows in the bedroom were very thin and you could hear every car that drove by as if the window was open. We were on the 4th floor and could also clearly hear any conversations that were being had by passers by on the street below. Otherwise it was a great stay with good staff, a tasty breakfast and very appealing decoration throughout the hotel. The location was also optimal for us.
