1. Incomplete Room Service
During my stay, I repeatedly tried to contact the service team but was unable to get the assistance I needed, which severely impacted my normal accommodation needs.
2. No Staff On Duty After Midnight
When I tried to contact the front desk at midnight, I found no staff on duty. This is completely inconsistent with the basic service standards of an international hotel and greatly affected our sense of security and travel arrangements.
3. Unclear Ice Machine Signage
While looking for the ice machine, I had to search through multiple buildings due to unclear signage, which was both time-consuming and inconvenient.
4. Rude Behavior by Room Service Staff
On January 6th, after lodging a complaint, the staff delivering items had a very poor attitude. They banged on the door forcefully and tossed the items at me, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of your standard.
5. Dismissive Attitude of the Duty Manager
When I raised these issues, the duty manager responded dismissively by merely arranging a “full room cleaning” without addressing my complaints substantively.
