We arrived late, and only stayed 1 night. I will stay again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pulled after the server told me it would be available until 10:30.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times to the front desk before arriving to update payment information and was asked all 3 times to be placed a hold. Instead of being placed on hold I was hung up on. Called the 4th time and when someone finally answered she informed me that she had a customer in front of her and needed to place me on hold which she did that time. Stayed on hold about 15-20 mins to no one coming back to phone. When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk was on a personal call on her cell phone and did not get off until I started fussing about my earlier incident when someone else. When checking out the next day receptionist was on her personal cell again and do not ever get off.
