The staff at the hotel were very friendly and pleasant, which I truly appreciated. While the hotel is definitely dated, it was at least clean. Unfortunately, the bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the springs through the mattress, which made it hard to sleep. The room itself felt old, both in appearance and smell, and lacked basic amenities like a luggage rack, which most hotels typically provide.
Being in Dallas, the noise from late-night traffic, including racing cars and motorcycles, was pretty loud. I’d recommend requesting a room higher than the 10th floor to possibly reduce the street noise.
Overall, the experience didn’t match the photos online, the pictures made the hotel look much more upbeat and comfortable than it actually was. Because of that and the extremely uncomfortable bed which I was shocked from because most reviews said the beds were comfortable, so I was surprised when not sharing the same experience , I likely wouldn’t stay here again.
