Nothing was unique. There is nothing around, and there are not services available, for example, if you arrive at an odd time, there is no food available beside some sad vending machines. The restaurant only opens at 6 pm. They do not even have a coffee or bar open throught the day. The shuttles are not available all day, rather in the morning or in the evening, so if you make the reservation thinking that you can take a shuttle, then, you are wrong. That happened to me.

Bad Service and breakfast food.

When calling in for a question, the answering service was impatient and not friendly. I booked it for free shuttle to the airport, but it only operates during certain hours. So still cost me €20 taxi to get there from the airport at night. In the morning, I got there just in time for the last shuttle, but the shuttle already left because shadow was full and they wouldn’t come back for another time although it was only a five minute drive. I also booked it because the breakfast is included. However, the food was horrible.

Very desapointed.

First of all I recieved an e-mail for my arrival stating that the shuttle from the airport is at 16hr45 . I waited for such a long time and the shuttle never came. I tried calling the hotel 6 times no answer. After the 7th time they decided to answer my call and told me that the shuttle is at 17hr15. I waites but no shuttle came. Had to pay 30€ for a taxi to fo to the hotel because I was very very tired. After teachinf the hotel I told them what happened and they didn't do anything about it. The room was not clean and looked very old. I hooe that they will try and be more proffesional and fix their rooms.

Instead of ranting about my unhappiness, I will just state the facts. 1- when I arrived, the systems were down. They asked me to sit and wait. They will come to me when it’s fixed. 2- while waiting a man was loudly complaining about their booking and his room. 3- after waiting for over 1 hour, I walked up to check if the system was up and they told me the system was up. They never came to get me. 4- I asked to sign up for the airport shuttle the next morning, I was told there was no need and to just be down 15 minutes before it leaves. 5- when they attempted to take the 100 euro hold for the room, the payment would not go through. We tried two credit cards, she then asked me if I had the available balance. I did. 6- I asked if the machine needs to be restarted because of the system shutdown? She said no. I asked if I could just go up to my room and then come down in about 1 hour because I’ve been travelling all day. She said no, it was against policy. 7- After some more time, someone restarted the machine and voila! Now it works. 8- the room smelled like cigarettes and was furnished very 1970s and not in a good way. 9- the next morning I went to use the shuttle, I was told that only people flying with another airline could. Also the shuttle was full. They offered to call me a taxi. 10- taxi and ride shares take forever to get to you. I also suggest you avoid the pub, food was bad. Breakfast is good, you just cannot bring your luggage. You can pick better hotels.

I felt it was a good value and it was convenient to the airport. It was great to have dining options on the property as well. On the minus side, I was not told at check-in how to access Wi-Fi and there was no non-slip mat in the tub. Overall, I would consider returning, if I travel through Paris in the future.

Conveniently close to the airport. Friendly reception staff. Make sure to put Do not disturb sign on your door otherwise cleaning staff barge in at ungodly hour. Many other services on site. Excellent restaurants 5 minutes away in the quaint town of Roissy

Very limited shuttle, no shuttle to airport

The hotel is good and breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately the information from Expedia was misleading, it said the shuttle buses would be out as late as 10:30 pm, that wasn’t the case, we arrived at the airport at 10:10 pm and called the hotel to be told the last bus was at 10 pm. No luck in returning to the airport either as the last bus leaves at 9 am, only to one terminal. It’s a good hotel, just don’t consider it to have free shuttle as announced.
