Nice hotel
We were there because my daughter had appointments at IU Health. We were not far from there and it worked out great. The hotel room was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was one degree outside but we stayed very warm in our room. The free breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay there again

Not perfect, but, I would stay again.
It wasn’t too bad. The price and location were good. It was pretty clean and breakfast was good. Most of the staff were rude. We stayed 2 nights and did not get room service or clean towels. I was able to get them after taking the 2 dirty ones I had and exchanging them. But I would stay here again due to the cost and the location.

Always Book Direct
Showed up and my 2 king room reservation was changed to 1 double queen room by the staff of the motel . He said I booked with Expedia and clearly I had booked with hotels.com . I showed him the confirmation numbers with both rooms and he said sorry don’t know what to tell you after admitting they changed my reservation. Then proceeded to lie that there were no other rooms available which I had my employee call from parking lot and had playoff availability. This place needs to train employees and deck help was extremely smart ass . I own and operate a 58 room hotel myself and know how the game is played on the room availability on a Friday night with a convention in town. I would fire any of the for the way this was handled and the desk clerk needs to learn customer service and how the be an honest person. Hotel business is terrible to be a paid having to deal with lazy substandard employees that have the easiest job in existence. Sitting there and typing a few things in the computer when someone walks In the door and answers the phone . #hotelssuck #hotelowner

Terrible don’t waste your money on this motel
Checking in Clerk behind the Counter was just about as rude as she could be 2pm on Saturday ( Black Lady late 30’s ) she wouldn’t have a job if she worked for me being that rude to customers and requested bottom floor room when booked and was given a top floor room the five people in front of me were given a bottom floor room I asked the male clerk he said he was out of bottom floor room and stated they didn’t request a bottom floor and most of all this motel is in the Hood and not worth $190 that I was charges at best this is $79 a night room the owners should be ashamed and the refused to refund my money stop go to another motel in town and not in the Hood ( Do Not Book A Room At This Location)

Improvements in Cleanliness Needed
I was very disappointed in my stay. Check-in took way too long. I had reserved two rooms each wuth two queen beds. The one room had not been cleaned from the previous guests so we needed to go back to the frint desk to request another room. We were reassigned. The room had been cleaned but there were spits on the bedding and the carpets. Thecsecond room only had one bed which was not the room i reserved. It was inconvenient to say the least.

Thin walls
The walls are so thin that I hear the person in the room next to me on the phone talking until 2am. The carwash next to the hotel had music going until late into the night. I thought there was a concert going on someplace in the neighborhood. Not someplace you can go to have a quiet relaxing evening.

Highly recommended. No complaints!
We were really pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn. We booked our room through Hotels.com which made check-in fast and efficient. I had prepaid, so I didn't have to show ID or fill out paperwork. The girl at the desk was super nice, and the room was clean and quiet. We liked very much there was a Denny's just walking distance away from the motel on the opposite side of the parking lot. The motel provides a nice breakfast for free, which looked good, but we opted instead to eat at Denny's. We chose Comfort Inn because of its price and good reviews, and because it's close to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we attended a concert. An Uber ride costs us $28 to the concert, and it costs us $15 to return back to Comfort Inn. We highly recommend this Comfort Inn and Uber for those who are attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

1. Check-in time was listed at 3 PM. My room was being cleaned until after 4 PM. 2. Room #121 stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. 3. My thermostat was fixed temperature and there was NO FAN. I had no air circulation whatsoever. 4. The white comforters had visible stains. 5. The bathtub plug did not work. 6. The microwave plate is missing, so the metal piece inside completely burned my food!
