Very dirty ! Room was ran down floornwas dirty, the kitchen only thing that worked was the refrigerator and the sink , had to call for new sheets on the bed the set thay it had in looked dirty and yellow , shower had hair and mold , not worth the 180 for the night , wouldn't recommend

This is a great location for shopping. It is disappointing to rend a room with a kitchenette and then find nothing in the cupboards. Everything had to be requested and carried from the check-in desk and some things were not available.

1. We arrived about 5:15pm and our room was NOT ready. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were able to go up to the room. When the room should have been ready for check in at 3pm. 2. The floor in front of the elevator was so sticky your shoes would stick to the floor. Just as we were reporting this to the front desk the cleaning lady was leaving but was stopped by the front desk clerk and was asked was, she aware about this. She replied "yes I saw that but someone else will have to mop" 3. We had no remote to the TV the front desk clerk had to bring one up. 4.The TV was so wobbly we thought it would fall over. I did show this to the clerk. 5. We had NO trash cans in the room, we had to use plastic bags for our trash. 6. The shower curtain does not fit the entire tub. We had to practically pull the curtain the entire time you shower to prevent water from running out to the floor. Everything is outdated. If you wanted dishes, drinking glasses or just paper cups they were not provided in the room. You have to ask for everything. I'm surprise we didn't have to ask them to turn the water on. This weekend every hotel was booked across the city. This was our last resort in finding a hotel reasonable. We only needed 1 night. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you are desperate.

This was my first experience with an Extended Stay property. My check in was pleasant enough. I think the property maintenance was somewhat less than ideal. The floor around the elevator and inside was kind of sticky. There was a wall torn out and exposed insulation and framing. It looked like it was in that condition for awhile. Limited number of luggage trollies available. Did not see any vending machines or ice dispensers. The room was ok for the one night stay but I don't think I would want to stay longer. The room is a suite with a cooktop, a microwave and refrigerator but not much else. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee available in the lobby after the morning grab and go breakfast. The air conditioning unit was noisy but all wall units are that way. However, the refrigerator was louder than the A/C unit. My stay was fine for an overnight. At least it was affordable but nothing stands out as exceptional.
