The room was comfortable, the pool was nice with sun and shade to choose, everyone was very friendly. The decoration is very welcoming and calm. The location was perfect, close to everything but not noisy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Décor soigné, accueil froissé

L’hôtel, bien que légèrement vieillot, reste joliment décoré avec du charme. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été entachée par un service globalement désagréable. Nous sommes peut-être tombés un mauvais jour, mais l’ambiance n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous. La seule personne véritablement aimable que nous avons croisée s’est faite réprimander — par ce que j’imagine être le responsable de l’établissement — pour m’avoir remis une serviette de piscine avant 10h30, sous prétexte que je risquais de l’utiliser à la plage… Cette scène absurde m’a franchement coupé l’envie de mettre les pieds dans la piscine.

When you see the pictures it looks like a brand new hotel, but actually it is renovated. The service was really good but the rooms not so much. We had a baby and thought the room was a little cold but there was no opportunity to warm it

Excellent Stay in J Lea P

Excellent little hotel very convenient for train station, bars and restaurants. Quiet location with minimal noise from building works nearby. Looks like the major work they were doing on flats nearby is complete so any disturbance should be minimal. Secluded pool and sunbathing area is a real bonus. It is very sheltered and is a real sun trap. Staff were very pleasant during our four night stay and if in J les P again then we will definitely stay here again.

The property has been sympathetically updated. The rooms are small but well equipped with a generously sized bathroom. The garden and pool area although small is a little oasis away from the busy resort. Staff were very helpful and we had an enjoyable stay

Trevligt hotell med fin design och mysig innergård. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till mycket. Incheckningen kunde varit mer välkomnande och servicen var inte helt hundra. Frukosten var medioker och överprisad, åt på café istället.

Absolutely lovely property. Immaculately clean! The fluffiest towels you would ever use. First night we slept for 10 hours the bed was so comfy. The staff are lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and were able to check out online and leave the room cards. The hotel is situated 8mins walk to Juan Le Pins beach and the whole area is walkable. En route you will find numerous places to eat and drink and various prices. The beach is lovely, clear water and lots of families having fun. To get there we got bus 82 from Nice Airport (T2 bus stop 3 - it also stops at terminal 1) getting off at La Regence takes about 30 minutes. from there it’s an 8 minute walk to the hotel over the railway bridge. The bus cost €10.90 per adult amd you can pay cash or card directly on the bus. We got the timetable to get the bus back. The bus stop to return to Nice Airport is next to the Spar shop and you should get to the bus stop about 15 minutes before it’s due as it sometimes comes early. Overall we had an excellent time in Juan Le Pins and exploring Antibes and will definitely be back without hesitation as the time went too quickly.
