Muy buena experiencia
Al inicio la zona no parece muy segura por los grafitis, pero luego nos dimos cuenta que era bien segura incluso para salir en la noche hay varios sitios cercanos para comer o tomar algo. La comunicación con el encargado fue súper rápido y también fue súper amable. El check in y el check out perfecto y sencillo solo hay que saber seguir las indicaciones de llenar los formularios luego de hacer la reserva. Teníamos carro pero por el tema de las limitaciones para manejar en el centro decidimos tomar Uber que nos costaba entre 10 y 14 euros hasta el centro y el Vaticano.

All the property was very clean and the comunication with the property was very good. All the problems were solved very fast. They are great, very helpful and the neighborhood is safe.

The apartment itself was fine but the neighborhood was covered in graffiti including our front door and the front of the building. Because check-in was not until 4 we had no choice but to stay the first night and then we left and found a hotel, At night there were sirens deep into the morning and when I work up, the see through curtains on the windows did not give me any privacy. The people in the office across the courtyard could see right in my window and I in theirs. So we left, and yes, as of this writing we had to pay for the nights we did not use. Moreover, I would like to know if the reviews which stated that this was close to all the main sites were real because it was a 55 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and more for other popular sites. All in all a horrible location for a trip to Rome. Do not stay here.

Stedet bar pænt, nydeligt og rent med et moderne touch. Gode faciliteter og nem adgang til offentlige transport. Busnettet i Rome fungerer perfekt. Dejligt med en terrasse, hvor morgenmad og et glas vin kan indtages. Kommunikationen fungerede perfekt via Whatsapp.

Just Avoid!
Terrible experience. Never received the access code until we were standing out of the gate. The driver left us at the locked gate after attempting to contact in local language. I was traveling with my family. With kids, we were on the road. The area did not look that safe either. After failing many attempts, I had to call US number from Italy and someone gave me the code and we entered the main door and our room. Only this time, the email with the code reached my mailbox. I am an IT professional and I know very well to check these emails in junk and spam folders. After reaching room, we found that the room had bad smell. We booked another hotel in the next our and left this room.

Family Vac in Rome
The property was in an area with many restaurants /bakeries and a grocery store nearby so made it convenient for us. The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge. I had to youtube how to use the washer/dryer...which is quite loud and takes a long time to do one load. The place is not near a train station so we had a taxi pick us up daily if we were in a rush or didn't want to waste the day with walking 25 mins to the train station. This is a great place for a family with teens (because of the stairs). There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs plus two full bathrooms. Communication with Sonder's rep was wonderful on Whatapp, they were available 24/7 to assist with questions. They even booked my airport transportation because I was worried about the taxi reliability. We would definitely stay in another Sonder location in the future.

Doubtful value for money. Not meeting it's 4-star level. Needed an escalation to get rooms cleaned, freed from mild, ants still all around in the bathroom...basic concept is good, lack of professional and thoughtful realisation.
