My husband & I absolutely Loved this place! It was so convenient to everything, the staff was super helpful & there's a bike rental shop across the street so we didn't have to pay for taxi/Uber's all the time to get around. The restaurants were delicious and the bar in the basement was such a vibe, we loved it so much we extended our stay. 10/10 will definitely go back!

Having a shuttle to Kyoto Station was very helpful. I do wish it started running earlier than 9am as so many of the attractions get busy before that time and getting there early is important. Otherwise, this hotel was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Kyoto! I would stay again.
