Absolute joke! Hotels.com should not promote such

Hotel was not open for business. Locals told us that the hotel is used by the local drug addicts for their trade. No lights, no "Open" sign lit, no business in parking lot.

Nightmare at oyo

This stay was the worst ive ever had at a motel and we go once axmonth for the past 7 years. There was no wifi in the rooms. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I checked out the same night i checked in. I tried to tell the management the problems and i was basically told they didnt want to hear my problems.

Sweet Find in Cave City

Our stay at the hotel was really quite nice for one night. I was cold throughout the night because they only had one blanket and I didn’t wanna trouble the front office for another one. But the front office Bobby and Ishi Social media were super cool and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them and getting to know them. I will stay there again, but probably in the summer when I could use the air conditioning! Lol

The most dirty and scary place I have ever stayed. It’s super scary and creepy. Dirty all over nothing works even shower, bed, refrigerator, tables, floors are super nasty wow.

Lit laisse a désiré matelas ouff propreter pas super la salle de bain aurais besoin d amour pas de dejeuner 0 rien du tout offrais café mais on a quitter a 7h50 et la porte de l.office barrer alors cafe y en a pas mais endroit tranquille la chambre tres basic un lit une tele micro onde et frigidaires mais pas de place pour produit de beaute dans salle de bain donc aucun retour a cette endroit

The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s just an older place so can’t expect something super nice. The room wasn’t bad. Served its purpose. Unfortunately I did see a roach upon arrival in my room.

I really liked how friendly the staff was!! My 3 children and I stayed for 2 weeks and they actually had conversations with us. They let us know that if we needed anything to not hesitate. It felt like they actually meant it, some places you can just feel the attitude of not actually caring for the guests. NOT HERE, It was an awesome stay we enjoyed ourselves, and had good conversations!! My kid's and I will definitely be going back for another stay 😊😁

I didnt stay and they refused to refund. The manager called Immediately after I booked demanding an incidental and a pet fee within 5 minutes of booking online. He also wanted to know my exact arrival time. He was rude and I asked for a refund and he refused. I drove to the property only 5 miles away. It was filthy and I rented a different hotel. Its a shame I cant get my money back.

Manager on duty literally verbally assaulted my girlfriend when we reported bed bugs. Worst hotel stay I’ve booked in my life and I travel a lot. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
