Paid and wasn’t allowed to check in. RIPPED OFF!!
I arrived to the office for check in and the door was locked. There was a note with a number on it saying to contact for service. I called the number and a woman answered. I told her I was there to check in and she said she would be down in a few minutes. 20 minutes later she still hadn’t came. Saw a guy with a cigarette banging out of his mouth walk around in the lobby then went to a door in the back. Called MULTIPLE times after this occurred and got no answer. Also texted the number with no response. I had already paid for my room online and had to go pay for ANOTHER room somewhere else or else I would have had to sleep in my car. Still haven’t gotten a response to my complaint. Will NEVER book here again and will not recommend you do unless you want to be ripped off!

I had a reservation. Went to go check in, was told i did not have a reservation and was told they were full. The guy at the desk was very rude.

Wish it was a little more professional. Parking area needs to be redone, mold in air conditioners, been here over a year and still waiting for repears to be done. Washer/dryer always broken. Stairway a fall risk. Need more staff. Water. Colects in AC units

I payed for a 2 bed hotel and they only had a one bed cause the other bed was ripped out . They had drug dealers ,kids , and dogs in the halls

Not safe. Roaches, drug users and crime
This is basically a homeless shelter. Drug use with what appears to be permanent residence people. Literally camps of people in the parking lot blasting music all night. No staff.. they meet you to get your money at check in and then disappear. No safety locks on the doors and roaches everywhere. Dogs barking at each other from room to room and fleas. Disgusting and serious safety issue.

Cancel our reservation with no notice. They only have 50 rooms if you check in late they overbook and will be left to figure it out.

The rooms were in very poor condition and there were no towels. I had to ask five time before i finally got clean but stained towels. There was no remote for the tv. The door appeared to have been broken into but fixed and the security latch was missing. I didn't leave the room for fear of my room being broken into while i was gone. Lots of sketchy characters hanging out in front of the hotel who sometimes meet with cars that pull up for very brief exchangs of something.

This is not an Extended Stay America. My bad, but it seems like that is how they’re trying to present. I decided to go stay at the Hyatt even though I couldn’t get a refund. My family didn’t even want to get out of the car.
