We will NEVER consider staying here again!!!!
Shower and sink faucets falling off. Hot water goes off in the middle of a shower. WATER goes off several times and not being able to flush toilet. Sheets with burn marks through them. Two towels and one hand towel. Pillow cases that looked like they had been slept on. Floor looked unswept. Sounds of tools, specifically a sawzall at 6:30 AM.

Rundown Not So Clean Get Location Friendly Staff
The hotel is rundown and not very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Even though it's next to a casino it was quiet. All the furniture is old and scratched and stained. The upholstered chair was dirty and stained. Linen was worn and dingy. Pillows were lumpy. Bed was comfortable. The floor was not swept/vacuumed or mopped. Tub was stained and chipped. Hot water was inconsistent. Large vanity was not clean. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked very well. Walls had holes poorly patched WiFi was good. Large spacious room. Lighting was okay. Heater worked very well but a little noisy. Outside area old and rundown but clean. Breakfast is very limited. Pool was closed. It felt safe. The biggest reason I stayed was location. It's close to everything and close to friends I was visiting. They really need better housekeeping and maintenance.

We have stayed at this location before and had better experiences. The room smelled like pot, the lamps didn't work, the tv didn't work and the shower controls didn't work. I'm not happy with this recent stay.

Room Dirty and Repairs Needed
Check in process was easy n staff was helpful. Room however was in poor condition. Walls were dirty and had numerious patches. Bathroom tub was in terrible condition and hot n cold lines reversed. Breakfast was limited to cold cereal/instant oatmeal and toast.

I’m really glad we stopped by the room first because we ended up buying cleaning supplies. The bathroom had hair and dirt all over with a mold spot. The bedside tables had sticky substances and the walls were dirty with graffiti. The sheets were dirty. Human hair everywhere.

The hotel was very dirty round down lots of noise lots of cigarette buds their room smell like smoke and dirt. It was very sad. They charge us so much money for that kind of service. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend that hotel.

This will be my go to hotel whenever I come to visit Fernley!! It was wonderful!! Loved the continental breakfast that was provided, everything was clean/fresh/and nicely presented! A Big thank you to all the staff working on Holiday and being open so I can rest at night after visiting family for holiday! Everyone was nice and welcoming!
