This Super 8 needs a lot of work. Our bathroom sink drain was broken, bathroom lights didn’t work, lampshades were torn, mattress pad was stained, and room smelled of stale smoke.

This place was a dump. The rooms were filthy, The bedding was filthy, and the owners and the employees who worked in the office were rude.

Room was decent except the television didn't work. I was told while checking in that they're having technical issues. Not sure how long they had the network issues. Television didn't work for all three days while there. There was breakfast available, your usual continental and nothing really special.

Skip the Kearney Super 8

Wasn’t a great experience. I asked for a cot, was told they didn’t have any available, I asked for three blankets and two pillows, was told neither was available. I had no issues getting any of these basic supplies at the other three hotels I stayed at along this trip. The breakfast room closed at 9a which I think is an hour earlier than every other hotel we stayed at, and it didn’t leave us much time to get what we wanted. TV in the room had no service, needed to be connected to the WiFi and their own WiFi wasn’t working on it No smoke alarm in the room which is probably a code violation Obviously cheap hotels you get what you pay for but the lack of basic necessities was frustrating. Probably just continue past Kearney and give the next exit a shot.

I had reserved 2 rooms with single queens. When I got to the hotel, the clerk said they did not have a room available due to water. They offered a room with 2 queen beds. Had my travel partner traveled with me (they had another commitment), we would have had to share this room. This would have never worked. A big No. I took the room, since I was by myself. Room charge was the same. It worked out for me. The room was clean, the bathroom was even cleaner. YES!! Toilet paper, towels, soap. Yes to all 3. The TV remote needed to be cleaned. One of my travel pleasures is a continental breakfast. It looked great. Unfortunately the waffle maker was not clean. It was about 8am, other guests might have been the messy ones. I'll get my waffle another hotel stay. Check out was seamless. I put the door card in the basket and said goodbye. If I need a place to stay when going through Kearney, I would stay here again.

Scary and dirty

Scary place. Food so ridiculous they shouldnt even say they have breakfast. No fruit and 2 yogurts with cereal and waffles. We were first to come at 6am so no one else got yogurt. Smelled like old and door lock latch broke. Was scared all night.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It has been an awful experience with you and super 8. I tried for HOURS to try and cancel my room and the virtual agent would never respond. The hotel would never answer their phone and finally after a couple hours the hotel manager answered and gave me a fake name and told me no and hung up on me. Then customer rep from hotels.com answered and I told them everything that had happened and they told me I wouldn’t be charged and what do you know I wake up to a charge this morning on my card. I will never use either of these companies EVER AGAIN.

Room was very dirty, floors havent been vaccumed, bathroom was dirty, used towels left in room, bedding was dirty.

Bicycles blocking sidewalk had to walk in parking lot with holes in it the owners cooking odor filling up the hallway asked for more towels never got any bathroom sink leaked no cups in room no tissues bed was sunk down in middle

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but hotel is very rundown. Holes in curtains and pillow cases and the bathroom fixtures were cracked and stained. Rooms are expensive for the condition.

Our room had cochroaches!! It was disgusting! I kept hearing the people upstairs all hours of the night! I will never stay at a Supet 8 again! Im disappointed in Windham for having affiliation to such a disgusting pos place!!
