We had the AC on high 60* cold for several hours and room never cooled down. When we contacted hotel we had 3 different people checking it out with the last person to enter hooting & hollering because the AC was blowing cold air (true) but refused to admit that the room was hot and tried putting the blame on me for it being so hot and the room being too big for the AC to cool down and also blamed our balcony door being open which was a joke since we couldn’t even open it to begin with. No room change or solution was offered till we promptly checked out shortly after that dispute in my hotel room with staff around 9pm, 6 hours after we had checked in. Front desk girl was super sweet at check in, wish it had worked out. Won’t be returning or referring friends and family to stay here.

My family of 4 stayed one night as planned. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a little small. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. There was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor. The breakfast area was clean. The food was ok. They only had red velvet waffle mix. There is no elevator. I wish I had known prior to booking so I could request a first floor room since I was traveling with my elderly mother.

Small basic rooms. No in-room perks like coffee or individual shampoo and body wash, etc. Hot breakfast was not kept hot and bacon undercooked. Not going to recommend.

Rooms are comfortable and clean newly remodeled. Shower is terrific beds are very comfortable. We travel this way twice a year will stay again. Some may say price is too high but I’d pay this 10 times over for a clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed

Stayed for 5 days. Room was clean, hotel was quiet until the last night when we had elephants in the room above us. The curtains actually closed, providing a dark room for sleeping. Bed was comfortable...woke with no back ache!! Liked the ability to open the window!! Breakfast was good. No major complaints!!
