When I booked this La Quinta on Hotels.com, it stated there was a shuttle service to the airport and breakfast provided in the morning. They no longer do the shuttle service or serve breakfast. This cost me about $50 extra (between the Lyft to the airport and then having to buy breakfast at the airport, as well.) I also asked for a wake-up call & set the alarm provided in the room, as well. I never got the call and the alarm did not go off either. Thankfully, I woke up in time by my own internal alarm clock. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, exterior-wise, and very clean and comfortable, room wise. The staff was also nice.
