Dissatisfied customer
We had to switch rooms because the mini fridge wasn’t working properly it was missing a leg and wasn’t balanced properly and it was unplugged . And it left a lot of water on the floor. The next room they put me in the toilet handle was an issue. U had to flush it 3 times per use. When I stay at any hotels I always check out things in the room. And always look under the beds. The hotel needs to invest in a shark vacuums because the vacuums the cleaners are using are not getting under the beds and it’s disgusting. Also the carpet on the right side of the bed was sticky my socks were sticking to it and I let the front desk know all this. The elevators in the hotel also can use attention because u have stuff peeling in them they look old and falling apart and very noisy and concerning to other guests. Overall the hotel is nice and average I understand im not staying in a 5 star $500 night room. But if u want repeat guests to stay there again the hotel can use some tlc and better vacuums to get u see the beds. And the cable service sucks there were hardly any good stations to watch. Invest in smart TVs because people can watch also with apps. To be perfectly honest my experience to this hotel was average. Staff was very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.
