The hotel is okay for a short stay. It is a couple of train rides away from Berlin Center, and a little worn out. The WiFi is not good as it is unstable. It was an okay stay for my two children, husband and I.

Good hotel friendly staff. I am from United States so missing the refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in the room.

This property is not located in a place with many amenities, restaurants, bars or even a supermarket. You will literally need to sit the tram to another suburb to get the basics of food and water. Staff at the reception aren't particularly nice, and will charge you for every single service you request from them including individual item of washing. The price is reasonably low because it is in an inconvenient location.

Unfortunately the room assigned had stains on many surfaces such as the curtains, side tables, and walls. The curtains had at least ten holes in them, and the shower had black-coloured mold. When housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not change the sheets on the beds or the cases on the pillows during any of the requested occasions. The bathroom also had no lock and the room had no mini fridge. The size of the room was quite generous though.

Don´t book this hotel

We had booket this hotel from the 14 - 17 october. Unfortunatly, we had a funeral the 15 october. So I wrote directly to the hotel and told that we were arriving the 15 october late evening. Got respons that it was ok. When we arrived the 15 october, nobody could find our booking, I showed the booking from my phone and the email I´ve got from the hotel that it´s ok we are late. When the manager comes, he told us that our booking was cancelled cause we didn´t show up. I was shocked, cause I did inform the hotel that we were arriving late tuesday the 15 october, and they accepted. They didn´t have any room for us, and everything was sold out also at the other hotels we tried :( So now I have a discussion with the hotel and of course I wan´t my money back and no one at the hotel will take any responsibility. Can´t recommend this hotel to anyboby

Hotellet er slidt men funktionelt. Til prisen meget god. Sengene er yderst komfortable - hovedpuderne er elendige. Her kan man med fordel medtage sin egen. Sengetøj og håndklæder rent og i orden. Morgenmaden på hotellet er dyrt og dårligt. Bærer i den grad præg af at der ikke er et alternativt i nærheden. Flere af de lune retter var direkte kolde - alt var af absolut laveste kvalitet. Personalet var yderst venligt og imødekommende. Få parkeringspladser. Meget larm fra gaden når vinduerne var åbent. Udsigten var fantastisk. Få hundrede meter derfra ligger spisestedet "Mein Döner" på hjørnet af Rihnstrase og "allee der kosmonauten" - den er bestemt gåturen værd. Husk kontanter.

Clean and nice room. Friendly staff and parking at the door. It's the third or fourth time we have been here, and its always the same. I love the family room, we sleep separated from the kids but in the same place just like a small apartment. The beds are very comfortable.

Von außen so naja und von innen alles sehr kalt. Das Zimmer war ok und das Bad war grauenvoll. Im Bad an der Decke war schimmelvorzufinden, und die Toilette war undicht. Der ganze Boden war nass ein Besuch werde ich in diesem Hotel nicht mehr vorsehen.

Super fint at man kan få et værelse til en familie på 6. Dog har man reklameret for nogle facitlister som ikke stemte overens med virkeligheden. Bar/lounge/pool bord var lukket fordi de manglede personale (adspurgte dem), værelset er så beskidt. Ikke af støv, men vægge fyldt med klamme mærker, beskidt, tænd/sluk knapperne har ikke set en klud i meget lang tid. Strøm stik virker ikke nogle steder. Sengene er lidt hårde, men en smagssag. Mørklægningsgardinerne er fyldt med små huller.

Virkelig fint hotel til prisen. A+

Super fint hotel i udkanten af byen med egen parkeringsplads. Udefra er hotellet ikke imponerende, gangene lidt triste, men selve værelserne er virkelig fine og vi have 2 store sammenhængende værelser med i alt 6 sovepladser til 3 voksne og 2 børn. Vi boede på 11 etage med en fin udsigt ind mod Berlin med bl.a. TV Tårnet. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at vende tilbage, så jeg kan klart anbefale at bo her. Vi havde i alt 4 overnatninger uden morgenmad. Parkering koster 12 EUR pr. døgn.
