The stay was ok. Property is a little outdated and smells really bad. Carpet in the room was nasty and so was the bathroom floor.

Our room was filthy and was the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was an intensely strong odor of mildew and general funk. The room was dirty. I couldn’t wait to shower and get out. Also, they have complementary breakfast but didn’t even have milk to go with the cereal. I would not recommend. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

My reservation was not communicated with the hotel. I had to cancel and get a refund and then pay direct. Kind of a hassle. Fortunately there was a room available. My refund was prompt from hotels.com. Nice stay.

This hotel was great, my family and I stayed for a baseball tournament, the pool was big, the room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly!

Everything we needed was there. The front desk was accommodating and let us have the early check-in we asked for. (Wedding was at 4pm) being greeted by a smiling face full of positivity makes a long day on the road sooo much better!

Hotel is located just off Interstate 10 next to dining and shopping. Hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable but a little worn around the edges. Room 302 had a musty, mildew smell in the frig/sink area. Altogether would recommend for an overnight stop on the way to the Gulf.

Disappointed that room cleaning policy was every three days; were not informed at check-in. Air conditioner in room was not effective in removing humidity. The entire hotel environment seemed humid. Breakfast met our needs very well. Staff was mostly friendly, understanding. Room keys "demagnetized" every day of our stay, prompting a desk visit to gain access. Current conditions do not warrant a return visit to this hotel. Will pay more for better indoor air control.
