Here you feel at home

We got a warm wellcome. The room is stylish, beautiful, clean and quiet. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in privat in the room all 3 mornings of our stay. The Luxurary Suites are an excellent choise for a stay in Venice. We are most happy to recommend it to others.

Great stay in a deluxe room. Bed really comfy and the area is quiet. No view from the room but it wasn’t important as we were out all day and most of the evening! Continental breakfast served in our room each morning with a great selection of foods to set us up for a day of exploring or foot. Mosquito repellant plug- in noticed beside the safe in the cupboard and wish we had used it. Wee Mossi had a feed on our last night and died when it was caught in the morning. Beware of the pickpockets in Venice. Take note I was a victim on the first night having my phone stolen from my bag. Otherwise it was a great city break.

Perfect Couple's Stay in Venice

Wow... where do i start... The San Maurizio Luxury Suites have got to be the best place to stay at while in Venice. It is steps away from a lot of the main attractions in Venice. This location is right off of the grand canal where you can get an excellent view of the gondolas and water busses and taxis going by. The room was clean and the excellent spread of breakfast items served to you by Gala every morning is impeccable. You tell her you want it at 8am... at 7:59 she is knocking on your door carrying this giant tray of food. The room is such a couple's room with no privacy for bathroom or shower. Very romantic with see through walls. The room was always cleaned. There is nothing i can complain about this stay. It does have a/c... except they cannot turn them on after a certain date in October. But with so many windows you could leave open, it didn't really matter. The room was excellent and location was excellent. Highly recommend this stay. Enjoy

BEWARE!!! Unacceptable Hotel Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I was extremely upset to find that my room had been left unlocked with the key in the door, which is a serious security risk. THE KEY IS THE MASTER KEY AND THE MANAGER HAS YET TO ASK FOR IT BACK! Additionally, I had placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door of my second room, yet the cleaning staff still entered the room without my permission. I left my recording on and she entered on several occasions rummaging through my belongings. I attempted to reach out to the manager to address these concerns, but I have not received a response as far as your acknowledgment toward this unfortunate mistake. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and accountability from your hotel. I wanted my money back to stay in a safer hotel! The fact that my safety and privacy were compromised is unacceptable and has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. IF YOUR PRIVACY AND SAFETY IS OF CONCERN STAY ELSEWHERE! The pictures may look nice but don’t let these nice pictures fool you!

Oh, I did so much searching! I wanted to be walking distance to mostly everything. We were greeted and given our instructions for entry and what nots, then it was off to races. Room is elegant, clean, spacious, bed comfy, spacious bathroom with hot water and good pressure, ac and heat, breakfast brought to the room every morning (you choose what time), tho after the 3rd day you could really have a different choice but none the less, great. The units and alley are actually pretty quiet. We took a water taxi from the airport straight to the alley. Google maps works great, just go to navigation and "avoid ferry". They even arranged a lil something for our anniversary (lil extra) and reserved a nice dinner for my husband and I. Def worth staying here. Def recommend

We were given a surprise upgrade from a luxury room to a suite which was fantastic. The instructions given to find the property and to access it were easy to follow etc and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing and we would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our second stay at San Maurizio and the room was Absolutely Fabulous. Communication with the host was excellent and we were greeted and shown to our room on arrival. The breakfast in our room was Great annd served to us by very friendly staff, and exactly how we remembered it. The smart TV allowed us to watch our current favourite on Netflix. We had access to free WiFi . The area was Our favourite and within easy walking distance of the some of the main highlights of Venice. We shall definitely be booking again.
