Wonderful stay
We were so impressed with our stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. Our room was ready early, was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. A full hot buffet! Restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. Can’t say enough.

Great memory
I only spent one night here and won't forget about it! Very friendly and helpful staff, great location a stone's throw from the beach, room was clean and cozy. Only a few minor points would improve the experience in my view. The staff's English skills could be trained; there were no recycle bins for PET bottles; the shower was a bit rudimentary for the price. Apart from that, I can recommend staying here!

A very nice hotel on Mediterranean and excellent and very convenient location. Beautiful setting with private beach and heated pool. Excellent breakfast. But the best part was very polite and helpful staff. Mr Mahdi on reception was especially very helpful. Thankyou Mehdi. Will certainly chose this hotel again

Perfect stay!
This hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful with each request such as extra towels and iron. They provided each request i had efficiently. I will for sure try another sunrise in the future. Thank you all for a very relaxing stay. I would also strongly recommend the spa services as it was one of the best i have experienced.

Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service unfortunately we had a party not too far from our room but reception and management did absolutely everything they could to move us room to a quieter location. We stayed at Sunrise Alex for couple of nights. We had a room, which gave direct access to the beach. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel in itself is very clean and set in a beautiful location. Nabil, one of the manages looked after us really well. Made sure that we were comfortable and was flexible to meet our requests.

The resort is nice, good location if being in downtown alex is desirable. Nice small private beach, safe for kids, pool is nice. Dining options are limited, room is Ok but needs some improvement. The security, specially at the gates, is annoying, unprofessional security personals, staff in the resort is accommodating. Overall is nice smaller type resort, and I would stay in it gain.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. I would definitely be back at this hotel if i come back to Alexandria. Staff were amazing and hospitable. We did halfboard so we got to do dinner and breakfast. Dinner was in a restaurant with a set menu but food was delicious and plenty. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. You can't leave hungry here. Was an awesome place, clean, beach is awesome, rooms great.
