The staff was very nice.
The rooms are run down. Restroom didn’t properly flush, old/dirty/broken mattress, ugly ripped headboard, dated carpet, outlets didn’t work, only one elevator works, aircon wasn’t cooling, pool area looked gross. No swans.

The installations are old. The room I stayed at needed painting to look good, but overall it was just fine for a weekend. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was being serviced during my stay and I wasn't told before booking. The indoor pool was the reason was I had picked that hotel. The breakfast was good though, the people in the kitchen are nice and friendly. Also good to have two complimentary drinks in the afternoon, I wish they didn't limit the time to get them.

Good and not so good. Needs some TLC
The shower head trickled out water, the mini fridge didn't work. The TV in the bedroom didn't work until the front desk manager came up and jiggled the coax cable and the picture came on. The exit doors to the parking areas didn't close properly so anyone could enter. This use to be a decent hotel 6 years ago when we stayed but it is in need of some TLC. What's with the beach balls in the fountains ? On the positive side, they have a nice complimentary breakfast and afternoon free snacks and 2 drinks from the bar. The staff are also nice and responsive as they did transfer us to another room the next morning.

I paid extra for a room with two beds and when I arrived they said they only had King rooms and I had my kids. I really needed 2 beds. It was 11pm and I had already paid for the room. They offered NO solution except to cancel and refund my reservation. It was way too late to be searching for a hotel. It made for a very uncomfortable night. A complete disappointment. 95% of my hotel stays have been at Embassy Suites for years. Maybe it’s time for a change!

The hotel staff were outstanding!!! There was only 1 elevator working for all guests. The food was terrible. I had a huge bug in my room and they thoughtfully moved me to another room where the toilet was broken and they had to come fix that so yeah that was my experience

Needs some TLC
First room was a disaster, tv didn’t work so the desk manager came up to fix it and wiggled the coax cable and it came on. The mini fridge didn’t work and he said he would send someone up in the morning but never showed. The shower didn’t work properly , it just dribbled out water. The room needed some TLC, chipped paint, stains, caulking etc. The next morning l asked for a new room and the lady at the front desk obliged and that room was much better. The exit doors to the parking lots stay open most of the time which makes the hotel an easy target for crime and homeless. The complimentary breakfast was good and they give you two free drinks at the bar and snacks between 5:30 and 7:00 which was cool. Stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and was in better shape.

Room hardly got cool, ants all over the room, no trash bags in the room & 2 towels were left for a family of 4 . Toilet got clogged for no apparent reason and the lady at the front said here’s a plunger unplug it yourself, plunger itself was disgusting
