Blood stains on back side of comforter
We arrived at the hotel, the first thing was the gal behind the counter was overwhelmed with her computer giving her issues and a line of people waiting. She was very apologetic and kind the whole way through for every guest. However when it came time for us to check in, I showed her our reservation number from Hotels.com and she informed us that there was only one room reserved not two, so she again apologized for us not having rooms close together with our friends.
My family and I went to our room, which was room 330. We put our things down and went to go relax…well my 7yr old pulled the blankets back on one bed and they were full of blood stains on the backside of the comforter. Unacceptable. Went to the front desk, told the gal and showed her pictures, she moved us immediately to room 215. Room was ok stains on the carpet and some of the plugs didn’t work…by this time mind you it was 9:30 at night we had a bit of a drive and just wanted to relax. However the guests above us in room 315 had other plans. At 12:30, 2:30, and 7:00 am, I called the front desk to inform them we needed to get sleep the guest above us were sounding like a heard of elephants running back and forth, they said they would go and tell them to be quiet x 2. They were quiet for 3 hrs and back at it full course at 7am! Sleep was not in the cards that night. I went to the desk and asked to have another room. The guy was telling me they didn’t have any available. I informed him that I’m sure room 330 is…
