Bathroom in poor condition. Hole in bathroom door poorly patched. Rusted toilet paper holder. No stopper in bathroom sink which made the sink loud when running water. Microwave unplugged. Draw of dresser messed up. One reading light completely missing with wires exposed.

I paid for 2 nights and l couldn’t stand to stay second night so packed up and made long drive home on hardly any sleep. I had plans they I didn’t get to keep for having such a terrible time at this hotel. And money wasted as I couldn’t get my money back since I had already paid for 2 nights! The mattress was so worn and sunk in I couldn’t for the life of me get comfortable out of exhaustion I finally passed out, but woke up about 2 hours later in so much pain. The bathroom towels were so worn and thin as sheets and disgusting looking. I most definitely wouldn’t stay here ever again or recommend it to anyone.

The front staff was courteous and friendly. The bed and furniture was clean, but the floor was not very clean. There was also a lingering smell of smoke but I believe it's because people smoke in the stairwell and the room is right next to that. Zero probles with reservation and checking in/out. Breakfast is bare bones but sufficient to get the day started.

I saw some street people camping out near the property but there was no indication that they ever came on the property. I left before 6:00 am and saw no unfavorable activity at that time.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but amenities were mediocre. Towels were thin and small, HVAC didn’t hold temperature well, and water pressure at the sink was horrible. Room was clean.

The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. When I told the staff member who checked me in that I was traveling with my elderly mother he offered a room on the 1st floor without me even asking. That was greatly appreciated.

Room and bedding was clean. Towels were very worn down and paper thin. The bath floor mat had a large hole wearing through the middle of it. There were no hand towels and the wash clothes had stains on them of some sort. The sink water pressure was very minimal.
