First off the customer service is great and the airport shuttle was spot on! I gave the hotel a low score for the parking lot condition and lack of space for big vehicles. I also was not impressed by the condition of the hotel. With such exceptional staff, it is well overdue for an upgrade! In addition, our couch had small black bugs all over it! We were sitting there and suddenly felt like we were being bitten! Yikes! The ice bucket was rusted and the fridge barely functioned. Just needs an upgrade and some attention maintenance-wise!

It was a good stay, very conveniently located, but I was turned off by the hotel, charging $8.00 a day for parking fee. This had never happened to us.

I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to park there…where else would I park if I’m staying at your hotel?? And it’s not just a few dollars either. Main reason I picked this hotel was because there was an indoor pool that my family and I could swim in on our free time. The pool was so cold it was unbearable to get in. It was also very dirty. The hotel overall is outdated and the breakfast area in the morning is filthy and not kept up with.

We had a great three day stay over spring break. The pool area is not heated, and it was cold. But my kids still went swimming. I enjoyed the fact that we were often the only people in the pool, so it was quiet. The location was perfect for us as we went to the Ark, the aquarium, and into Cincinnati. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, and either tator tots or french toast sticks, along with yogurt, granola, three cold cereals, a variety of breads to toast, oatmeal, and waffle mix to make yourself. There was also coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and a variety of milk (including oat milk). Breakfast was often busy, but they kept the food and coffee stocked. The beds were comfortable, the towels plush, the room clean.

Very poor check in service. After driving 4 hours through thunderstorms and arriving at 1:30 a.m., front desk person had no reservation under my name. I showed her receipt, confirmation, etc. and she argued with me saying she isn't sure what to do. She then realized after 15 minutes that Hotels.com reservations are in a different system. Then, she said it would be another 15 minutes for her system to update. 30 minute check in at 1:30 a.m. is unacceptable.

The overall stay was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. I forgot my razor and they supplied a complimentary one. Neither of the two treadmills worked, so that was disappointing. The biggest problem I had was that they charged for parking on top of the hotel stay. I feel this should be included in the price of the stay. Overall it was a good experience.

The bed was horrible, the couch was not any better. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned when i reserved my room, if you are going to charge for parking, Fix the parking lot. I’ve e never had to pay for parking at a hotel that was not in a downtown setting. Ridiculous!! I had to pay $34 for parking on top of my already $500 hotel bill. Not a happy camper, not that it will make any difference.

This is vey beautiful hotel. Nice placevto stay. The only drawback is that they don't provide free parking you have to pay for the parking fee. Thats the only thing otherwise this is very nice hotel and place to stay. We always stays over there whenever we come to kentucky. Plenty of things to do there and big shopping area around.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! They let us check-in when our flight landed at 6am in the morning. All the appliances in the room were new and in working condition!!! It was close to the airport and they had a shuttle service available for pick-up and drop-up to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and served hot with plenty of items.

The service was excellent. The negative was that our room was an unusual one. It was missing a table and had a smaller sofa than the other rooms. We also had to request an ironing board.

Property was ok. A bit dated, and the parking is not free. Staff was nice. Rooms I believe are under renovation. Was awakened by the sound of someone sanding something in the room next to me. Other than that was a decent experience .

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. However, we stayed two nights and had cold or lukewarm showers whether evening or morning. Told the front desk staff who was very unconcerned with it. Also both mornings the regular coffee ran out around 7:30 and when we left at 8:15 it hadn’t been refilled. Again front desk was unconcerned and a little snippy when asked how long before there would be more coffee. Please note: if you are not a Hyatt member, you have to pay for parking.
