The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used. Most of the plates, pans and cutlery was not clean in the cupboards. The walls in our room had several squashed mosquitoes left there, the shower was unclean with mould on the tiles and cobwebs on the walls. The mattress was very firm.

Not the best
The apartment was spacious with a private garden, stunning roof terrace and is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately it was completely let down by overall cleanliness especially the kitchen items and surfaces. Even more frustrating was cold shower 4 out of 7 days and the total lack of hot water in the kitchen, When we advised the owners of this they replied ' yes there is no hot water in the kitchen' and did nothing to rectify it! This obviously accounts for the dirty greasy condition of the sparcly equipped kitchen items.
Outside was private but the chairs hadn't been washed and were covered in a thick layer of sand and the bbq was dangerously rusted through and completely covered in cigarette ends!
The whole building is tired which is a shame because it could be brillaint with a bit of love and care.
