First, we tried to check in around 9pm and they said they couldn’t find our reservation. Called Expedia, they contacted the hotel and the relocation team did help us rebook the room. After an hour, we finally got into our room. The smell was bad, and since it’s close to the interstate/railway, the noise was terrible. During the middle of night, we woke up multiple times by sirens. These are all became acceptable compared to what’s the worst. What’s the worst is the bed sheet was completed uncleaned, even though it looks organized from the outside. There was a pair of dirty socks under the sheet on the bed. There were long hairs, dander, dust under the sheet. We called the front desk immediately. The girl was the only good part of this hotel. She apologized and helped replaced everything in our room. Otherwise, we would leave yesterday evening.
