Terrible room, poor service, no refund offered.

The condition of the room wasn’t very good but the bathroom was deplorable. The room wasn’t serviced after the first night, no fresh towels, bathroom not cleaned. We were out of the room all day and it could have been serviced at any time. We left shortly after coming back to the room to sleep. No refund was offered. No apologies for poor service.

Disappointed.

When traveling I like to have a comfortable bed and a working bathroom. Bed was not the most comfortable. Toilet did not flush had to plunge it and have maintenance at the room daily and mostly throughout the day when I was in the room. Had a smell to the room. I usually don’t watch TV couldn’t even get that to work. Wasn’t supplied with any wifi code. No privacy sign. No daily housekeeping. I know it’s not a middle to high class hotel but it could be maintained better. Don’t advertise free breakfast when it’s only hot coffee and hot tea.

Beware! Fake Red Roof Hotel

The photos they use on the app of Hotel.com is fraudulent. The room looked nothing like the pictures and there were flies in the bathroom. The place was gross!

Decent hotel for one night

I just needed a hotel for one night to break up a long drive to Washington DC. This hotel was fine. Nothing special. Just a decent room for one night.

Only good for a quick pit stop

I normally do not post about things that are an issue but this time, I feel that I must, The refrigerator took a while to cool because it needed to be defrosted, the bathroom had open drywall visible as well as mold present and the ac had no way to regulate it. Thankfully, this was only a five hour sleepover for us.

Horrible stay!

We had a horrible stay here. We checked in late night so went straight to sleep and didn’t notice the sheets on the bed were stained and dirty as well as the pillow cases. There were yellow spots and huge stains on the sheets. We also had an issue where housekeeping entered our room before check out time while we were out eating to clean before we gave in the key to check out.
Dirty and stained sheets. Yellow color. Disgusting that we slept on this and didn’t know until morning since it was at the foot of the bed.

Stay here is pretty good with accessible locations and parking. Friendly staff and everything is good for 80$ bucks. Looks like a family owned franchise. I had bad experiences with other Red Roof inns but this is exceptional.

I was not allowed to stay there because I had 3 dogs. Try to reach out to hotel.com i'm able to get a refund. Very unsatisfied. Called them, they canceled it. After an hour of talking to them. Very unsatisfied, with the whole experience.
