We stay at Red Roof quite often, they are always very friendly and accommodating to us. This stay was no different with the exception of: I spilled something on the floor and used a towel to clean it up, then we didn’t have enough towels to shower with.

The room was clean, beds could have been better there was a musty scent in the air so that could have been better. Finally it was just a strange set up, walked in and entered straight into the bathroom.

They remodeled this location but there were chips in the tub, mold on the caulking and on the wall. The door for the bathroom had paint pealing off. There were stains on the shower curtain and sheets. My window was open and I was on the first floor. I of course closed it but what if I didn’t see it to close it? I won’t be back.

The staff was very rude there was a nice outside of our room when my man went to open the door, I went to get a lady from the front desk they told us we would be refunded if we left now which we did and we still have not been refunded we were there for all of 6 hours if that. We checked in at 6:45 and left at 1am in the morning due to poor conditions and rude staff members. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone !!

AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE BUILDING THERE IS A OLD/MUSTY SMELL. GOT INTO OUR ROOM WHERE BEDDING AND TOWELS ALL HAD YELLOW STAINS(OR AT LEAST I HOPE THEY WERE STAINS AND NOT JUST DIRTY). WE REQUESTED EXTRA TOWELS AND RELUCTANTLY WERE GIVEN ONE, WE WERE TOLD THERE WERE ALREADY TWO IN THE ROOM! THE SHOWER CURTAIN LINER LOOKED LIKE A MURDER HAD TAKEN PLACE AND THEY JUST WIPED IT OFF. I AM HOPIING THE BLACK SPOTS AROUND THE TUB WERE FROM SEALING CAULK MISSING AND NOT MOLD. GOT ICE OUT OF THE ICE MACHINE AND HAD TO POUR OUT MY DRINK, PRETTY SURE IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED. THAT OR THE OVERWHELMING MUSTY SMELL HAS PERMIATED EVERYTHING IN THE BUILDING. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE RITZ BUT SOMETHING CLEAN WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. EVEN THE REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE TV WAS SO DIRTY WE HAD TO USE THE BAG FROM THE ICE BUCKET TO COVER IT SO WE COULD USE IT.

Terrible room, poor service, no refund offered.

The condition of the room wasn’t very good but the bathroom was deplorable. The room wasn’t serviced after the first night, no fresh towels, bathroom not cleaned. We were out of the room all day and it could have been serviced at any time. We left shortly after coming back to the room to sleep. No refund was offered. No apologies for poor service.

Disappointed.

When traveling I like to have a comfortable bed and a working bathroom. Bed was not the most comfortable. Toilet did not flush had to plunge it and have maintenance at the room daily and mostly throughout the day when I was in the room. Had a smell to the room. I usually don’t watch TV couldn’t even get that to work. Wasn’t supplied with any wifi code. No privacy sign. No daily housekeeping. I know it’s not a middle to high class hotel but it could be maintained better. Don’t advertise free breakfast when it’s only hot coffee and hot tea.

The photos they use on the app of Hotel.com is fraudulent. The room looked nothing like the pictures and there were flies in the bathroom. The place was gross!

Decent hotel for one night

I just needed a hotel for one night to break up a long drive to Washington DC. This hotel was fine. Nothing special. Just a decent room for one night.
