Clean and Roomy

The hotel was clean. The staff was great! Really close to Disneyland which was a plus. The rooms were affordable. The only thing I disliked was our room was next to someone that had a dog and that dog would bark non stop. I thought the hotel was a no pets hotel. But overall it was good. I would stay again!

L’accueil de l’hôtel a été très bien, cependant il est dommage que le parking soit payant car je n’ai pas lu le détails sur le parking avant d’arriver et très décevant de devoir sortir la carte bancaire dès l’arrivé.😕 La propriété et l’entretient des chambres m’a beaucoup déçu, sur les photos de l’annonce on peut croire que la chambre est bien entretenu ce qui n’est pas le cas. J’ai pu voir des cheveux des anciens occupants dans la salle de bain et sur les serviettes fournies. La climatisation n’est pas entretenu, une odeurs de moisissure envahie la chambre dès que la ventilation s’active. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu monotone, il y a pas énormément de choix et ne varie pas chaque jours. Un bon point, on a le droit à un feu d’artifice presque chaque soir grâce au spectacle du parc Disneyland qui se situe à deux pas vers le Sud.

Está muy cerca del parque Disneyland, está limpio y muy seguro. Solo si me decepcionó mucho su desayuno, ya que es continental, solo pan y yogurt, deberían de mejorar eso por lo que se paga.

Keep looking, just keep looking somewhere else…

Listen up y’all, cuz this is it. I never write reviews and I’m going out of my way to tell you NOT TO STAY HERE. The floors of my suite for 6 with two queen beds and a sofa bed was sticky-icky. It was uncomfortable. The parking— forget about it! If you’re coming back from Disney or anywhere late, you will park on the side of the hotel or in someone’s way. I included a picture of what I’m talking about and how inconvenient it was especially because I paid for a parking space.The parking is cramped and not free. They sellout their rooms but fail to mention the parking problems. Breakfast is free and it’s also mediocre. The ame thing is served everyday: biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, apples, yogurt and coffee. I wasn’t the only one disappointed about it I stayed 3 nights and overheard other guests complain about it too. The sofa bed was a big issue. You might as well sleep on it as a sofa because if you lay it out, you’ll hurt your backs and ruin your trip this is what happened to my family. We took turns because the queen beds were fine but not the sofa bed. The other negative was the bathtub was stained and or dirty when we arrived. The front staff was giving creepy vibes. I don’t ever plan on staying here and if you’re looking for quality and comfort this isn’t the place. Only positives were distance to the parks and comfy queen beds and good shower pressure. You can here the people above you making noise the whole night. Guests smoking outside in the parking lot. Ugh.

Parking fee and $100 deposit

The room was good but they don’t mention anywhere that they’ll take a $100 deposit from you when you check in or that you have to pay for parking for each day that you’re there. The parking is also really limited so if they are booked you’ll have a hard time with parking that you are paying for.

Disappointed in extra charges for parking

So stay was ok , but had a set rate for my stay and then when we arrived they charged for parking! Very upsetting very disappointing!

Overall, good

Pricing is good, room itself was good. The only thing is the parking, aside from having to pay for it separately, it’s very tight and at times no parking available. Breakfast was okay, they were attentive to cleaning the room while we were gone.
