Limitação de comida para pulseira azul

Compre no pirâmide se não irá se arrepender. Nosso era grand oasis normal quase não tem nenhum restaurante que pode comer. Ah esses bangalôs também não pode deixar com a pulseira azul só com a preta… eles te fazem se sentir muito pobre rsrs, tudo tem que pagar fora a parte se você está com a pulseira azul. Sí o si tienes que pagar extra un robo muy enojada

Terribleeeeeee Llevo algunos años usando esta aplicación y para menores de 18 siempre aparecen como niños de 1 a 17 años y así he reservado y me ha ido muy bien todas las partes del mundo que he visitado, por desgracia en mi país tenía que ocurrir reservé 2 adultos y un menor de 15 años, y llegando me dice la de recepción shein grocera y burlona, esta niña no es menor mostré pasaporte imprimió hoja de reservación y me dice son dos adultos y un menor de 0 años, ósea el cero no existe en la aplicación, y me cobró 2600 extras hice simulacro reservando 3 adultos y era el costo que pagué daba igual 3 adultos o 3 adultos y un menor ladrones me cobraron jamás volveré a ese hotel y además mala actitud y burla hacia los huéspedes Los servicios inician después del horario ejemplo 11 los helados 11:01 nos dicen no después de las 11 en la cafetería súper groseras solo fue amable Jorge de telchac barra luna y excelente servicio en el restaurante il formo fuera de eso jamás volveré mucho maltrato

Grand Oasis Cancun Family Vacation

Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker.

Mauvaise impression sur l’état des chambres

La note médiocre est à cause de l’état de la chambre en général. Dommage car le service et le personnel sont au top. La chambre que nous avions nécessite un bon coup de rénovation.

Un hotel grande con bastantes opciones de restaurantes y diversión. Le hace falta colocar sombrillas en zona de alberca y mejorar el servicio de elevadores. Es un hotel muy grande se camina mucho a todos los lugares.

Terrible

Absolutely the worst hotel I stayed in in cancun. People are openly asking for drugs/ weed - the rooms are outdated , the staff has a bad attitude when you ask them for anything they are rolling their eyes at you, etc . Would not be back there for sure. Not worth it

Una completa decepción: no lo recomiendo

El precio es una estafa considerando que no hay opciones reales para comer. Se promociona como “todo incluido”, pero necesitas hacer reservaciones para poder acceder a los restaurantes, y aun así hay filas larguísimas para pedir algo. Además, hay limitaciones absurdas para pedir bebidas y alimentos. El hotel está viejo, las amenidades están en mal estado y en general todo luce descuidado. Nuestra habitación estaba deteriorada y, para colmo, al llegar nos asignaron una que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. El proceso de check-in fue un desastre total. Una experiencia decepcionante de principio a fin. No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos.

Worst stay ever! Would never go back. When booking they never mention you have to pay an upgrade to have access to all restaurants, bars and cafes, price tag on the upgrade is up there. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Not to mention the noise in the hallways in the middle of the night. They had a group of graduates I mean maybe 1000 of them all over the resort, banging on random doors at 3am, yelling playing loud music in the hall ways yelling ringing the doorbells of the rooms. Bars had 1 bartender so it was roughly a 10min wait for a drink. I get the parting but if you expect 1000 kids every year have them stay all in one area so the rest of the guests can rest and relax. Getting a beach towel was such a hassle. You had to get it at your towel station near your room even if you were already at the pool on the other side of the resort. The buffet staff was amazing deserved every last dollar in tips. The a la carte restaurants were very unfriendly. Roaches on the elevator. Never again!

Buffet horrible. Fake pinapple juice, Bartenders were awesome helping with with my Spanish, forner chicken stand now just drump thighs and old french fries. Dark restarant, you cany see your food snd no exit sign in case of emergency. Only good thing about this place was cigar bar...which you psy extra for drink and of couse cigars. I dont smoke and was still the best place there
