Seen better value in Newport

Chose the loft unit because we needed an extra bed. Sheets were clean but very worn, loft bed had no top sheet (a small blanket was provided by request). Nice big TV but no channels or content accessible at all. Little things like no dish cloth or sponge. Also the condo was ground level directly facing the street so it was a bit noisy. For the price paid, we thought it should have been better.

Horrible service with false pictures

Had to beg to get towels had to constantly call to get them delivered 24hrs later. There pictures show a kitchen but there was nothing but a fridge and you werent allowed to cook. They had disconnected the stove. False advertising would never suggest this place

The area is good and safe. Everything is convenient. The front counter people and the security guards were very polite and respectful. The unit 7W was very disappointing. We asked if we can check in earlier and we were accommodated but we were moved to a different building. We were booked at One Palm Villa but we ended up in Two Palm Tree Villa. The unit doesnt have the exhaust (stove)working in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils were dirty there were cockroaches allover the kitchen n bathroom. We took pictures of them. No fresh towels were provided. for 2 weeks’ stay we were given two bath towels. No hand towels and no face towels were provided. The frying pan was so scratched up that they told us they will send a new one but we never got it. There was no maid service cleaning the unit. Nobody checked if we need maid service. All in all i think the unit was much cheaper thsn the unit that we were supposed to rent because they said they will move us but they never did.

The location from the airport is perfect, the room that we were in was just ok, if we were spening our entire trip in manila i would have changed room/hotel. When getting in contact with someone at the hotel you need to call the number dont message because it dont work.the beds were so hard and had plastic that was cracked, no extra blankets just 1 sheet, only 1 roll of toilet paper(that was already started) when i asked for another roll at front desk i was told to contack the property, the pool was down(it wasnt stated on the site).the room had roaches around and in the fridges, i was given 2 keys but only 1 worked, cupboards were off, when we come back to the Philippines we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Its a total Scam

This will be short and Brief. Do not Make a reservation here. SCAM. VISA will be refunding my money. Never got into a room. Was no room. Was told had no reservation. Was told reservation had not been paid for. Was told reservation was not in my name. Was told or rather overheard room given to someone else. My wife was transiting Manila to catch 0530 flight to Bicol. A regular route of travel for us. She decided to try this place instead of our regular place The Ralph Anthony Suites in Ermita to avoid traffic for early departure. She went and stayed there with no issues anyways Just so yourself a favor. AVOID . Retired Airline Captain
