Green Algae in Pool

The staff was very friendly but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the building. The pool was murky and had green algae growing in it. The bathtub was peeling, our sliding glass door could barely open, and the room was in pretty poor condition.

My Review.

The staff was awesome, super nice and helpful. There was construction going on during the day which was not so bad with everything there was to do at the beach. I had a great stay and plan on staying here again.

Super close to the beach!!

We really enjoyed our time in Seaside, staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have a view but it was super close to the beach and promenade which was perfect. The hotel is under construction but didnt matter much to us as we were barely in the room during the day. The only downside to when we WERE in the room was the loud doors of the neighbors, it would shake the room every time theyd come out and startle our dog every single time.

A Wonderful Week of Leisure

This hotel is under reconstruction. We stayed in an older area not yet done. Carpets were torn, stove very old, and furniture very old. The bed was so comfortable, the lighting good, and the help very accommodating. The best part was the balcony facing the ocean! The view was outstanding and the beach was just steps away, we enjoyed our stay.

Birthday trip

My son and I stayed here for by birthday beach trip. He told the nice lady checking us in it was my birthday and she gave us a little treat bag that said happy birthday. The room was amazing and my son wants to go back for his birthday.

Seasoned yet still great!

Check-in was friendly and speedy! The lobby looked clean as did the pool and hot tub area. The room was very clean with the exception of some staining on the floor. Looks like the walls in the bathroom area need washing as it looks like age streaks, but not too noticeable. The gas fireplace didn't work, which was a bummer. And, if I could suggest, the glass wall on the balcony could use some extra cleaning—t could be clearer. Nothing was something that would keep me from coming back though. We had a good stay!

So our stay at the promenade was above average. To be fair the hotel was under construction and out room was very close to th4 construction area. I feel thr price should have been discounted because of that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are in the process of upgrading. The rooms are still cozy and we had an ocean view including the actual promenade. We didnt use the amenities but they seemed very nice. Say many qmguest using them. We were there 2 days and our knly complaint were the guest above us that continued to let their little girl run back and forth until 11pm the first night. (I spoke thr front desk in person and nothing changed.)and the second night we complained and something must have been said because it stopped at 9m.All in all i would recommend the Promenade

Bathroom wouldn’t shut. The tub would only drain so kids couldn’t bathe. Dangerous construction going on on every floor. Requested the tub to be fixed and it never happened.

Where to begin. The room we got looked like it used to be a utility closet. Bed broken, furniture (what was present) looked like it was bought from a yardsale. We had a box fan from the dollar store for air circulation. One night stand. I didnt even have a spot for my purse. Lets just say it was lacking to be nice. While the front counter person was friendly I dont think its wise to leave a newbie alone. Felt bad for her. Will never stay again. May be under renovation but come on.

Wonderful staff!!!

Amazing stay. They are in the middle of construction which is great. The elevator, wow takes forever!! But room was great, view was amazing, and the staff are absolutely fantastic!!! Can’t wait to come back!
