Great premises, not so good reception staff

I had a perfect stay at the beginning, good reception by the staff when checking in, very nice and clean premises, but unfortunately a lady named Tereza at the reception when I checked out changed all the positives I had found in this hotel. She was very inattentive; even rude when checking out. Then as I was waiting for the valet to bring my car, she rushed to the door asking if I had paid for my room (which I did when I checked in). I had to show her colleague my credit card receipt as she was being really insistent. Really disappointed

The stay was not as I expected from a good hotel. The reception staff were not very friendly and everyone struggled with English. They gave me a room right next to one where they were renovating the other rooms and was super loud and construction sound all day. Finally after I complained they changed rooms!! The rooftop restaurant service was not good and so was house cleaning staff. Overall not a great experience. This hotel used mainly by business people but not sure I would ever go back. The spa and massage was the only good part of the stay!

An outstanding hotel. Friendly staff, stunning room and a rooftop restaurant which was lovely. Hotel right in the city centre but it was so quiet. A stunning top drawer hotel in a young growing city.

Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot shower water before turning cool. Curiously, although tea and iced coffee packets were provided in-room, neither pods nor packets of instant coffee were provided. I inquired, thinking it was a housekeeping oversight and was told "no", that's the way it is in my category of room. Seems peculiar and petty if true. So, if you're in one of the higher priced rooms it's likely an excellent choice but be wary of the lower priced rooms, particularly if they start with a "1" and require the special elevator on the left... The spa and pool are nice.

En forferdelig opplevelse av et hotell som skulle være 5 stjerner. Ekstremt dyrt i forhold til standard. Dette hotellet hadde sikkert en storhet på 80~90 tallet. Bassenget var ikke som forventet, det luktet kloakk. Boblebad luktet rett og slett tåfis og var umulig og sitte i uten og bli kvalm. Hyggelig betjening. Tok oppgradert hotell for en bedre opplevelse av Tirana, men dette var skivebom.

Poor experience as I booked a room with a hot tub and when I arrived for check in I was told this was not available. The hotel told me that Hotels.com had misled me after I booked a Signature room which does exist according to the Xheko. Very poor! No ironing board in the room.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tesis oldukça lüks ve odamız genişti. Şömine harika bir detaydı. Annemlerin odasındaki çalışmıyordu o bizi biraz üzdü. Çalışanlar güzel yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda temizliği genel olarak iyiydi ancak banyo zemin temizliği çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi, oldukça zengin çeşitleri vardı. Odalarda yer alan buklet ürünleri yeterli ve çok kaliteliydi.
